I made 2 purchases at the Younger Residence estate sale on 1/31/20 &. 02/01/20. My first purchase was made on my debit card and my 2nd purchase was made with cash. I made a 175$ cash purchase and was given back 25$ in change of which the 5$ was fake. Please be cautious when making cash purchases from this company. It was absolutely my fault for not checking my money and trusting them. I don't see how they could have accidentally given me fake money because they check all bills that are handed to them by customers. I hope that they don't continue to do this and I definitely learned my lesson just glad it wasn't all fake money.

I would give this business ZERO stars if possible.I was referred to this business to consider retaining them to assist in the distribution of the remaining personal property (furniture and other items) to the beneficiaries. Long story short, when it came time to schedule the estate sale, I contacted the owner "Cindy" and asked for her business service contract, license information, insurance information, bonding and tax ID information, and written information as to how she planned to conduct the sale. She adamantly refused to provide me with any of that information and informed me that since I insisted on receiving that information from her, she refused to conduct the estate sale. What a scam! Any other responsible business would have gladly provided this information to a paying customer. What are they hiding? Beware of this business and do not ever engage them unless they provide you with their licensing and liability information.
