I thought I was getting a good deal. BUT just 2 months after purchasing a very nice mattress on the high end of their mattresses, the mattress has dips and craters and lumpy and bumpy everywhere. Tried rotating and flipping and same thing happened on each side. What a waste of a thousand dollars. Customer service was great, the lady was very friendly and very helpful and caring!! The guy was very helpful too. But they should be able to help the paying customer out and do an exchange if the furniture is defective and they don't.

I went here thinking I was going to get a great deal for a great mattress! The lady was nice helped us I wanted two twin size mattress with box springs and a queen mattress by itself. I had walked around and I picked out a queen size with yellow pattern/flowers and two twin when they delivered it to me and after they had left I noticed I got a different mattress with blue flowers for all 3 mattresses and the box springs for the twin size are different size! I was very disappointed! You are buying one thing but getting another I should have just bought a mattress top bed I don't think they will be able to trick people like that! So remember people if you go here look carefully at what you are getting And make sure they don't give you something cheaper all the sales are final! It's been less than a week on this bed and my back hurts! Waste of my money! Good luck people!

Horrible customer service! Went to this shop with our truck to buy a mattress set. The sales woman, who was helping another customer never greeted us as we walked around the small are. We stood there for approximately 10 minutes while she and the customer chit chatted about where they live and where they used to work. The male customer was NOT going to buy today as we were. Awful place!
