Bakersfield Country Club

I've coordinated several events at BCC and it is hands down my favorite venue in town. Morgan, Eric and Nick go above and beyond to plan and execute everything perfectly. I cannot recommend BCC enough!

During Covid the Club created a Family Meals to Go option in addition to most of the dining menu being available for delivery. Outside dining and limited inside have been either available or not available depending on the guidance of authorities. Sunday Dec 6 we order the Family diner which was Turkey Pot Pie, corn bread and cesar salad for 4 people. Yum. really - really good. 5 of us ate our fill and has 20% of the chicken pot pie left over for tomorrow. I miss the Sunday breakfast buffets and special theme evenings but, under the circumstances, Family Meals to Go will do nicely. Oh...and did I say the course is in wicked good shape.

This is a very nice country club with beautiful landscape and views. Very nice carpeting and clean ladies room. If you can think old elegance this place has it. It's almost like going back into time. The only thing I'd say has room for improvement is that there is a need for new armchairs as they seem pretty old. There's a bar and there are plenty of wine bottles to choose from. The chicken walnut salad is delicious!

Attended a company Christmas party here. The service and food were excellent!!! Had a rib eye that covered our whole plate. It was perfect! The halibut looked amazing.

Great course! Greens are consistent and well maintained course. The clubhouse is outstanding and pro shop is well stocked. Love BCC!

Bakersfield Country Club is by far my favorite course in this town. The layout is great. It's fun and challenging for all levels. So many great golf holes on this course. The clubhouse is beautiful and they serve really good food in the restaurants. If you're looking to join a country club, put some serious thought into joining Bakersfield Country Club.

I have never been to a country club. I was invited to a celebration and dressed up to go. My income doesn't allow me the luxury of such nice places. Everyone was treated equally here. Service is spectacular. Food was classy. I didn't use the valet because my car wasn't a luxury car. After a wonderful night my wife and I went to our car but it wouldn't start. Ugh.....embarrassing. I had my hood opened looking at the battery when a guy pulled up and asked if I needed help. The guy got my car started! I believe he was a kitchen worker because he had on a white unbuttoned shirt with food on it. He refused the money I offered and told me he "loves seeing a problem fixed and happy guests". Genuine. I wish all establishments could be this way. Satisfying experience.

By far the best all around course in Bakersfield. Course is the most consistently maintained throughout the year. Layout is excellent and challenging. Facilities are well kept in pristine condition. Food is also excellent.
