I had constipation and did not want to take a bunch of useless drugs. I will in the future have other treatments. I would recommend to any body.

I flew out from Washington, D.C. because I heard about how amazing Sunshine is!!! A few friends and some who are health practitioners who experienced Bakersfield Colonics kept encouraging me to get out here. My stomach was so swollen. I was seriously constipated and even with nightly herbal laxatives, I had trouble going. I was so tired all the time!!! My neck and head hurt all the time! My feet were so swollen and my injured knee would not heal (gained weight over 2 years from inactivity due to the injury & getting depressed!!) WELL I HAVE TO TELL YOU WHAT A TREMENDOUS DIFFERENCE I FELT THE FIRST COLONIC. I felt less bloated & gassy, stomach flatter, I felt better and I slept for the first time through the night. Oh and my double chin and some of that yellow coming out of me was the swelling lymph in my ankles, legs, double chin, gut... my Marionette lines less and my Triple Chin now double and told it will be normal chin after 3rd or 4th colonic supreme (all her therapies) The 2nd one, my brain felt more focused and I could concentrate better. She uses several different advanced technologies for pain management and weight management which are simple to do, and leave you feeling great!!! She has worked with several Doctor's and is just a.... excuse the PUN but she is like Sunshine with so much knowledge, care and wants you to feel better and feel joy to live! With such chronic (and unattractive) stomach issues, neck, knee and feet well fatigue makes you have brain fog -- can't think clearly -- one just gets depressed! I am looking forward to my 3rd session with her where I believe (as told by some others) that I will feel 'like as good as new'!!! I searched all around the DMV (DC - Maryland - Virginia) for someone like or even just a bit of what Sunshine can do. Could not find and so I took this trip because I know I would really be sickly soon, near death. One cannot let the signs / the symptoms go (don't ignore) they do not get better on their own!!!! 57 years old and I have at least 50 years of toxic build up and bad food in my gut.... Was on Dr Sebi 40 day detox and ended it with a hydro therapy session. Sunshine is the best. She is professional and knowledgeable. I love how she walks you through the process and makes sure you are comfortable from start to finish. I have reccomended 3 family members and they have also gotten a good experience. Highly reccomend Sunshine shes the real deal and cares about helping people. Sunshine has helped 3 of my family members get better after having stomach issues for months and medical treatment from family doctor wasnt helping them. I was a major skeptical person about the benefits of this but after 3 sessions I did in a two week period I'm committed to doing this every January after the holidays and all the junk i eat. This is just a good way to get back on track to having a happy gut if u enjoy food and drinks as much as I do durring the holidays :) the benefit list goes beyond the gut and this should be something everyone should experience. It dates back to Egyptians and how they kept their health optimal and balanced and prevented high levels of toxicity and mucus in the body. Give it a shot! :) your body will thank you.

I was blown away by the knowledge not only the service that was done but the way she simply and thoroughly taught me why I needed it done and what was happening... I am definitely going to be a regular client and I suggest do you homework and see if this health option is for you.

I was down in Bakersfield visiting some friends, and I was feeling a bit sluggish at the time. My friend suggested I go and get a colonic treatment. He was scheduled to have one done at this place so I tagged along. I was still not certain if I would commit to having one, but once we got there, I got to meet Sunshine, who performs all of the services. She is so full of light and warmth, and after speaking to her a few minutes about the benefits, I decided to give it a whirl. Her studio was very clean, and I immediately felt at ease as the treatment began. I could have been in a day spa, it was that comfortable of an experience. You can actually see all of the waste that is being expelled if you so choose to look. Once we were done, my belly was smaller - by about 2 inches. My head also felt clearer, and I had this glow about me when I looked in the bathroom mirror. I had an energy that stayed with me all day, as if I was walking on a cloud. That night, I had the best sleep that I can remember. That was my first visit. I had tried a couple other places here in the Bay Area, and they were just fine, but now when I'm down in the area, I call up Sunshine ahead to squeeze me into her schedule. She's never let me down. Also, something about her equipment, but she is able to extract more "junk" from my colon than those other places. I highly recommend Colon Hydrotherapy of Bakersfield.

If I could give no stars, I would!!!! This was the most frustrating experience I've ever dealt with. I purchased on Groupon because I had been wanting to go and just happened to see the deal. I booked my appointment for a Friday afternoon since it was my first time. I took off work early, drove across town only to find the doors locked. I text and called and got no response. 2-3 hours later, she called and knew nothing about my appointment. Never once did she apologize for standing me up, wasting my gas or my valuable time. She said "sometimes these things happen". Against my better judgement, I rescheduled for today. A friend suggested that I verify the appointment before going. I text the night before, no response. I text the day of the appointment, no answer. I called multiple times and went to a voicemail with a full mailbox. My friend immediately called her after I did, and she answered. 3 minutes before my appointment, she called to see if I was coming. I explained to her that I tried multiple times to verify the appointment so I didn't get stood up again. She claims she did not have any communication from me since Friday, then switched the story to the problem being an out of state area code, then told me I could cancel the groupon if this isn't working out for me. Never an apology, never any professionalism! It's a shame because I would have been a regular customer and have several friends who were going to make an appointment too!
