Outstanding quality service came out on a Sunday to put top of my chimney back on. After calling on a Saturday. First time I used them and have not even received a bill yet. Dave and Max were great. Dave quoted me such a low price I said I would double that quote. Highly recommended Grady

They do amazing job . They have been cleaning my dryer vents for years and I could not have been more satisfied with any other service . These guys showed up early. They completed the cleaning in a timely manner and Kyle gave us some tips on using the fireplace. Both gentlemen were friendly and worked as a team. We will hold on to this # for future use!

Had a terrible time dealing with Michelle. Poor communication and was so rude she hung up because I questioned who had serviced my wood stove. She said I had talked to her manager three times, but I had never spoke to him. She finally hung up on me and text my phone asking me to apologize. After I quit laughing I responded and then blocked her on my phone. She alone with her attitude is why I would never do business with them. First impressions last forever.

I hired Bakersfield Chimney for a dryer vent clean out. I was able to get an appointment within 45 minutes on a Saturdayafternoon. Dave did a fantastic job. He's very cordial and professional. He explained the clean out process and finished the job within 30 minutes. I'm extremely pleased with the result. Highly recommended!

Called about 10 30a for an appointment, David said he had the same afternoon available for an appointment , I suggested 2pm. 2pm came and went, called him back about 2 45p to ask if he was still coming. No answer. Text him. No answer. Unreliable

Very satisfied, and also cleaned after. He even wiped down my washing machine. My clothes dry faster now!

The owner Dave came out & spent a total of 15 min to clean out my dryer vent; told us that the bvent cover was broke but did not offer to fix or replace. Told us he took a picture & would send it to us but never did. When asked how to replace he told us "just to go to Home Depot & get one".The following day we bought one but could not successfully replace it on the roof. Placed a phone call to ask him if he could please suggest a service to come out to do it he told me he "would get back to me" but never did. Found out that this was a common problem with him & also observed that the vent was not completely cleaned either after another provider swept again & released more material. Would not recommend this company again

If I could I would not give any stars. Dave came out and said it would be a while because he had knee replacement coming up and through the year and a half I've been working with Bakersfield Chimney I've gotten two visits and told I was very sorry. His daughter answered the phone a couple of times and sounds sincere but they're not. Simple replacement and they decided not to return my calls. I was even told by the second guy that came out that Dave gets embarrassed when he drops the ball and never calls because he got so many customers. Pretty sad when own employee admits to that. I wouldn't even recommend to someone I disliked! So I had this and now have that...Wow, I got a response within minutes of this post and now they want to charge me $1,500 more to move forward! Maybe it's business as usual...

Wife wanted the chimney swept. No big deal right? The owner showed up swept up a few ashes from the basin of the fireplace and broke my gas piping. Didn't say anything and left. When I finally was able to get ahold of him he called me an ass for questioning his expertise and the quoted me a charge to fix what he broke. No thanks. His visit is going to cost me money. I'd rather give my money to anybody else than this business.
