I came by the store to find out how much labor would be if I had the part. He told me how much it would cost and I also made an appointment for that Saturday. I dropped off my car on that day. It took about 2 hours to complete the job. Before I paid, I made sure everything was working. Work was done perfectly.

Johnny went above and beyond what I thought was going to be a nightmare Johnny got me in and out while traveling to la and I didn't even skip a beat! Highly suggest this shop and will be back again when it's time to upgrade apprieacte the quick service

I went in on a Saturday and I told them what I wanted my alarm system to exactly do and he picked it out for me since I I am not educated in this department. It's very simple and I'm sure my neighbors will hate me because if you bump it m, lean on it, or look at it too hard it's going to be going off. Lol. It was cheaper than what I was quoted and to be honest it's one of the few places open on Saturdays.

The entire staff at Bakersfield Car Audio and Stereo are awesome. They are friendly and knowledgeable......and explain high-tech stuff in a way that is understandable to the average citizen.They installed a front and rear dash cam system in an Audi which is no easy task considering the smallness of the cabin. All cables were expertly hidden and the interior trim showed absolutely no evidence of being disturbed. The system worked perfectly......and the installer even took the time to patiently explain the operation of the system, and the app, to the owner. If you want a clean, trouble-free install with excellent follow-up I highly recommend these guys. We'll certainly go back to BCA & S for any future electronic needs!

Thank you to all the friendly employees, they installed a front and rear dash cam on my 2023 Toyota Corolla! They did an exceptional job, all the cables are flush & the value for their work is . Highly recommend this location for anyone needing a dash cam installed.

These guys at Bakersfield Car Audio & Stereo are awesome!! We got our alarm and remote start for our truck here a few years ago and have loved it ever since! It's so convenient and truck is cool when we get in in the summer or warmed up for us on those chilly winter mornings! We had an issue with our battery this last spring and the remote start and alarm started having issues, so we took it in to BCA&S and they checked it out. When we talked it over with them they figured out the system just needed to be re-programmed... they got us taken care of and everything is working just like new again!! Love these guys & highly recommend!!
