Took our 2010 BMW to this repair shop after an accident. They took almost 2yrs to repair. They seldom returned calls, person named Gabriel was our person to speak with. Numerous times he told us car would be ready within a week, which never happened. Was taken to BMW of Bakersfield which we had no problems with them. Bakersfield Auto Body kept charging for additional work to our insurance company. A few times we spoke with supervisor which didn't get us anywhere. Gabriel no longer works there and ended up speaking with another supervisor who tried to help out and did better than previous people. Needless to say I would NOT recommend this repair shop to anyone.

He kept me updated about my car repairs. The work was done very well and was done on time. My 2007 car looks very good. I'm very pleased with it. They even added a few extra personal touches..
