Bob saved the day for us. We were on a road trip and had an error message pop up after a rock hit the car. Other places were telling us it would take hours to even diagnose and Bob just jumped right in when we came in and helped us. He was a pleasant and honest guy that we fully trusted. Bob ! And his staff are the best. Bob is always willing to squeeze you in for an emergency doesn't mean that he is going to right away fix the problem. He will check and make sure and give you a quote and let you know the honest truth about the problem your car is having. Bob is an honest mechanic., friendly and sweet ! I was so nervous being a female going to an unknown mechanic assuming I'd get ripped off or over charged. I was WRONG! Bob and his staff were so nice and honest, and I was surprised that I wasn't charged an arm and a leg. Very happy to have found a knowledgeable mechanic for VW . Will definitely recommend
