Ave H Smoke Shop

I called and asked for a certain product he said they had it so I spent an hour going there getting the specific device I couldn't find anywhere else and they didn't have it. When I got there the shop was huge and had tons of everything they even had accessories for the battery I wanted but he couldn't find the battery itself. The guy didn't speak any English and was of no use whatsoever. However, that's not on him, he's just a guy trying to make a living. Some rich fuck rented a space, bought tons of inventory and expects customers to just come waltzing in and point out what they want! For some reason-someway I had seen a 4.5 star review. I later saw the Yelp reviews and there was only one review that trashed the place also. I feel bad for the guy working there and his shitty boss should explain to him that he can't just say "yes" to everything you ask him! So I bought a shitty $12 battery and I'm back to where I was except I'll never get that two hours back! Lesson learned.

Possibly the rudest business in town, I will never again spend another penny here. There are several other businesses that want you as a customer, don't waste your time here.

This smoke shop is by far one of the biggest smoke shops I've been to. They have great selections of everything you're looking for in a smoke shop and more. Their customer service and prices are great I'll definitely come back here.

Have the worst customer service. Guys are so rude. They make you feel uncomfortable when you walk in starting at you.
