Dirty interior of a loaner.

This place was very very dirty. I was super disappointed. When I walked into their office, I noticed everyone not wearing their masks. Customers and workers alike. They did not enforce mask usage and there was no hand sanitizer as well. You were also allowed to use the coffee machine. They had. They still had the packets and all the utensils out for anyone to touch or cough on. The main reason we had to drive up there was because even though they said our car was fixed, when we actually drove back from Bakersfield to Arcadia, we noticed something weird about the car. Not only was it filthy with dirty shoe marks, there were still scratch marks and the alignment for the steering wheel was off. It wasn't so big at first, but the more you drive, the worse it got. We weren't sure, so we called to ask about it. They said it wasn't an issue and that it was fixed. After driving some more, we realized that this was too dangerous and had to drive all the way to Bakersfield again. It's about a 3-4 hour drive. They gave us a different car to use, but I have no words.

My Bmw was there for a month and a half for a minor fender bender my vehicle was in perfect shape everything worked on the inside the car had zero flaws it was like new I picked it up the first thing I noticed was the drivers side door was falling apart. The door handle wasn't correctly in the place it should of been, wires were almost sticking out then I noticed the writing on the dash was wearing off and a button missing.everything from the weather stripping to the air conditioning, wasn't working correctly. The stereo isn't the same the seats have been taken out the bolts are missing that's bolts the seat down to the floor board. My trunk won't open anymore like it use to the floor Matt's don't fit right. So I'm sure it's the same under the hood. Bmw collision center will rip you off.

First of all, 0 stars should be an option!My $63K vehicle was stolen from their storage area with the key fob that was stolen from their office. It was stolen sometime during the 4th of July weekend. From the photos of the interior of my vehicle, the POS thief had been living in it for a few days. I was awoken @ 3:30am on 7/6 by the Bakersfield Police Department informing me that my vehicle had just been in a high speed pursuit and unfortunately was crashed and totaled. I waited until 10:00am that same day expecting someone from this "business" to contact me. I did not receive a phone call from Automall Collision. I had to call them!Maybe Automall Collision Center should invest in an alarm system??I highly recommend you DO NOT use this facility.

My vehicle had been in there possession for 3 weeks for a small dent when I received a call that my car had been stolen from the lot with the keys they have given no explanation or answers my car was somehow found immediately and completely damaged and stripped never use this place horrible and untrustworthy!!! Negative stars if I could rate them they should be shutdown!!!

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! My car has been in the shop for 3 weeks and they keep extending the time for a MINOR collision. It's one thing to tell a customer it will be done and then extend it once but twice now, cmon. I will never bring my BMW here again. Please take your BMW somewhere else in town, the headache is not worth it.

So disappointed in the professionalism of the Manger, Eissa at BMW Collision Center. As a BMW CLIENT of 12 years and bought 5 cars consecutively through BMW/Mini in Southern California NEVER EVER have I encountered a BMW representative who was rude, arrogant, cocky, mean, disrespectful, snappy, and who lack customer skills. As a BMW client we hold the BMW reps to a higher level of customer service. Unfortunately, this place is not a true representation of the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE BMW EXPERIENCE. I do not live in Bakersfield, I live in Los Angeles county and I could have taken my car to any place in Southern California. I took my car here b/c it came highly recommended. Never ever will I do business in Bakersfield or with this BMW. I'm extremely hurt and disappointed by the I was treated on the phone with Eissa, Manager of BMW Collision Center. I asked Eissa if he would be willing to cover my car rental for the extended time that it is in the shop (b/c being with BMW for so long, if your car isn't ready they will give you a loaner or cover your rental) Eissa said, "No" That it wasn't my fault that my car wasn't ready in time. After, going back and forth FOR 5 long minutes of being rude, snappy, jumping to conclusions that I owe money (when my insurance already paid everything), mean and disrespectful. Eissa finally said, "I will cover your car rental for ONE extra day, it's only $35 to make this problem go away. After, that if the car isn't ready in time......," then that's on you. I'm shocked. Just completely shocked in his behavior. What "MANAGER" tells a client who is giving you business, who lives 2hrs away, who had other options, who's insurance already paid use that kind of tone with a BMW CLIENT. There's a reason why you pay more for cars, you expect more from the service. It's an expectation b/c it comes along with the name BMW. To be treated any less than is unacceptable. If you have to take your car to a BMW Collision Center, I just googled another one Alhambra in Los Angeles. If your buying another BMW take it to BMW OF VALENCIA, MONROVIA, CALABASAS, and LAS VEGAS. They will treat you AMAZING and they're customer service is EXCEPTIONAL. If you live in Bakersfield just make the drive. It will be worth it.I'll keep you updated how it goes tomorrow. Maybe he was having a bad a day and tomorrow will be better one. I hope so b/c this just completely through me off this morning. This behavior is not why I buy BMW/MINI products. I didn't even get an apology after he accused me of owing my deductible, that my insurance already paid for two weeks ago. He even yelled at me and said who's going to pick up your car? Like I'm going to leave my car there. WOW!!! I can't.

I took my car in to get the front bumper repaired and it was ready at a reasonable time frame. The car looked amazing and everyone had excellent customer service. Front desk / receptionist was welcoming when I went in and also when I called. Overall great service!
