I wanted to give a shout out to Auto Natix after they really came through for me. Auto Natix is primarily a used car dealership. However, I used their services as a U-Haul drop off point. I returned my u-haul truck there after I moved to Visalia from San Francisco.I arrived with my truck a couple of minutes before they opened. I was only waiting for the gates to open for about 10 minutes. But the guys who run the place were apologetic. They took it upon themselves to extend my return time on the u-haul so that I wouldn't be charged for an extra day. Technically, the u-haul was supposed to be returned by 7:30am. However, that wasn't possible because Auto Natix didn't even open until 10:00am. Also, one of the guys gave me a ride back to my house. I didn't have a ride home. Public transportation would have taken over an hour, but it was a 10 minute car ride. So getting a ride saved me a bunch of time. During the ride the young man was telling me that Auto Natix is a recently acquired, family run business. They are in the process of sprucing up the place. So don't let the current rough look of it fool you. Also, the family already owns some successful dealerships in the Fresno area. If I were in the market for a used car I would definitely check them out.

My husband bought me 2012 Dodge Durango, a definite upgrade from my 2002 Suburban. It's an absolute pile of shit. The day after we drove it home it had the check engine light on, we have dumped so much money in this POS that we don't even want to trade it in at this point because it's THAT much money. Went here back in May and purchased a vehicle. We knew what we were buying, negotiated lower due to mechanical issues and left happy with our purchase. They stayed at the dealership late for us which was a big help as we came from two hours away! Jay was very nice and helpful. Answered questions to the best of his knowledge. No complaints about the staff. Biggest issue we had was receiving the pink slip from them after it was changed over to us. We requested it to be mailed to us from them after the owner called and asked if we wanted to pick it up. Took about three weeks and multiple calls to get it in the mail. We kept getting told excuses as to why it wasn't mailed. At one point my husband spoke to someone on the phone from their office and was told we owed $200 still and wouldn't receive pink slip until then. We paid cash in full and had all of the paperwork to back it up that the transaction was complete. After another very upset phone call, we were told (again) that it was "in the mail!" We finally received the pink slip in the mail a little over a month and a half after purchase of the vehicle. Did we get a good deal? Yes, in our opinion we did. The pink slip issue was something that isn't always in their control but communication is key. I don't like being told something is 'in the mail' and it's not. I'm a patient person if I am being given honest answers and reasons for delay. I appreciate the response from the owner but it has been almost 2 years since I wrote my review. I have raised the rating to 4 stars because of the professional response from them.

I purchased a car in December. By January it was back at the dealership to have repairs done (after having it towed 109 miles ) under a 30 day warranty. They kept my car for 6 weeks. Gave my the biggest piece of junk for a loaner. Too long of a story to go in full detail, BUT it is now June and my items for my due bill have not been repaired yet, and the " certified " mechanic they had working on my car messed most of the electrical up. The owner. Was never around when it was time to speak with him and the salesman are jokes. Seriously, I tell everyone to stay away.
