The girl at the front counter was super rude we definitely want be back... The one star is for the awesome installer who was super nice and friendly he deserves 10 asks for an out the door quote and was charged extra.

This business was amazing they went above and beyond to help me get my car done on time ... my daughters windshield was broken and was leaving for Cal poly and they stayed late just so they could get her car done so she would be able to take it back to school on Monday so appreciate it. The guys at the shop they went above and beyond, and it was super nice of them.

My car windows were smashed when it was broken into it recently. It was quite devastating. Like most, I immediately contacted the well-advertised Safelite auto glass repair. To my dismay, they could not fix the windows for over a week. They reportedly had to order the windows from an outside source. Mercedes Benz referred me to their local sub-contractor for a more expeditious window replacement. And multiple calls to many other auto glass repair companies later, I was talking to Leslie of Auto Glass of Bakersfield. She was literally a God-send. She gave me a quote over the phone, guaranteed that the repairs would be done overnight and assisted me with my insurance claim. I took my car to her shop and it was ready by noon the next day. I even got a $50 discount. Leslie is so easy to talk to. She has a way with people. Calmed me down and was so reassuring. The repair was done on time and as guaranteed. I was late because I couldn't get out of work earlier. Leslie was kind enough to wait until I left work. This speaks wonders about the customer service that Auto Glass of Bakersfield offers. I am definitely recommending this place to anybody who needs auto glass repair and replacement.

What can I say but I'm totally ecstatic with this company! Ordered my glass and Allen can put to install and told me I needed a new regulator for the window and explained best way is for me to get it which I did. When I came in they came out and installed the window and the regulator no additional charge!!! This company had my biz forever!!! Thank you Auto Glass of Bakersfield!!!!

Wonderful experience! After a heavy rain left a huge puddle on my front floorboard, Leslie took the time to explain why my windshield might be leaking (potential sunroof leak) and got me in the following day. Her husband checked everything out but unfortunately it was the actual windshield needing to be resealed. He took the time to reseal it instead of just requiring a replacement, they were all SO nice. Other auto glass places I had called were short and not interested in helping me, very grateful for these folks!!

Thank you to Leslie and the technician who changed out my passenger side front window that was broken during a theft. Leslie went out of her way to find a replacement glass asap since I had a road trip planned the next day. They found it and replaced the glass the next morning. There was a flaw discovered in the glass and they responded immediately again and found another replacement piece. All good! They were courteous, patient, helpful and competent. I'd recommend them to everyone.

My daughter's windshield had an air leak coming from the top. I was going to have them just put sealant around the edge of the windshield and be done with it. The last minute I decided to have them change out the windshield, I am glad I did, because whoever changed out the windshield last did a bad job, 3/4 of the glass did not have any glue holding it in place. The technician they sent was great, he explained everything. These people are great; I will be using Autoglass of Bakersfield again.

The service was exceptional! Customer service was above what I expected. As a female I was worried that I would be over quoted but they gave me the best deal in town and were very kind! The best part is they came to my home and repaired my window! I felt taken care of from the first call to the day of service. Highly recommend!!!!

Super awesome business. Great customer service. Friendly staff. I got an appointment very quickly even with the Covid issue and windshield was replaced. I highly recommend this company.
