At Last Event Planning

I'm soooo glad I found Dianne! I'm a DIYer and about a month before my daughter's Bat Mitzvah, I found my self very overwhelmed. That's when we were referred to At Last Event Planning. A few weeks before our event, Dianne came over and went over all of the centerpieces, decorations, favors, etc. with me. She totally put us at ease and had great tips and advice. The day before the Bat Mitzvah, she helped us bring all of the items to the venue and set everything up for us. She did an amazing job and had everything just the way I wanted it and found places for the decor that I hadn't figured out yet. She knew how to make things flow and easy for our guests. Not only did she save me time and stress setting up, but even during the event she coordinated what we needed with the other venders to make sure everything went smoothly and I wasn't spending the day running around chasing people down. Thank you Dianne for allowing us to actually enjoy my daughter's big day!!!

I got married 3 weeks ago at William S. Hart Park in Santa Clarita and Dianne and her team were a LIFESAVER!!! From our first meeting she had lists and charts and a folder of amazing things! We only needed her for Day of Coordination but she was hands on all the way up to the day. She didn't ask me a zillion questions, she didn't pester me in any way - I just gave her all my info and away she went! And then the day of the Rehearsal came and she was incredible! We had rented the Ramona Chapel at Hart Park - HOWEVER - the historical society MASSIVELY messed up and the day before our wedding had cordoned off the chapel with yellow tape, taken the steeple off, and surrounded the building with scaffolding! But Dianne handled it with so much class - she continued the rehearsal, and kept me calm (I can't say the same for my Fiance). She gathered all of my decor from me - and even though I barely had time to explain anything (though it was all labeled) and it was scattered all over the place after we were evacuated due to the Fires in the area a few days before - she never needed any explanation and somehow it was PERFECT! The day of the wedding they covered the chapel and tape in beautiful tulle and decoration - you didn't even notice the building. She only ever asked me if she could move one thing - otherwise I just trusted her and I am so glad I did. As a manager in my day to day life - it is hard for me to let go. But Dianne made me stress free literally the entire day by thinking outside the box and being creative - despite wind, scaffolding, etc...Because of Dianne and the team - I enjoyed every second of the day and my only issue was my feet and face hurt from dancing and smiling all night.THANK YOU DIANNE!!!!! YOU'RE AMAZING!!!!

We used At Last Event Planning for our day-of coordinator service, and they were such a huge help leading up to and including on our wedding day! Dianne was super responsive and did a great job of taking care of last minute things that we didn't have the time or mental energy to think of. On the actual wedding day, Dianne and her assistant Natasha were attentive and on top of things. They were great!

Dianne is amazing! As a wedding photographer, I work with a lot of planners. Their jobs are very busy and can be stressful, but Dianne never lets the pressure show. She communicates with composure and professionalism, but is also warm and friendly. She's fantastic at transforming a space and taking the stress off of couples for their big day. I also love how resourceful she is...she always has a plan, and a backup plan. She cares about her couples and about the wedding industry as a whole. She can truly make and save a wedding day!

Dianne she was the best decision I ever made throughout the wedding planning process. I didn't need full wedding planning but I needed a day of coordinator to make magic happen and take the reins away from me so I can fully enjoy my day with the bridal party and most importantly my husband. She did just that! her and her assistant came on time and went above and beyond with everything from setting the table decorations up and decorating the venue, handing out the money envelopes to our vendors, signing any leftover credit card receipts.. She helped us stay on schedule and was there for anything that we needed. My Dress needed to be bustled and she was on it! They also helped us at the end of the evening with tidying up! I truly I'm so fortunate that I found Dianne to coordinate our wedding day! The day was perfect thanks to her and her assistant. Lastly, she was super easy to work with, I didn't have to tell her much as she just came in and conquered! Thank you again Dianne!

Dianne was very calm, flexible, and knowledgeable. We hired Dianne for the month of the wedding and it was very worth it! She made everything so much smoother and easier. I especially appreciated the coordination with the other vendors and giving us countdowns to where we needed to be at in the timeline of our wedding. It was also so helpful that she was able to bring most of the items in her own car the day of the wedding so my family did not have to worry. I also appreciated the quickness in her response to questions I had or worries through text and by email. I highly suggest Dianne as a coordinator.

We hired Dianne for our wedding, and she did a wonderful job for the day-of. I appreciated the speedy email responses and communication leading up to the wedding. She ensured that everything ran smoothly on the day and took care of the details, which allowed us to enjoy our special day without worrying about anything. There was also a mishap with the flowers at church but Dianne and her assistant took care of it -- I appreciated that so much! Thank you!

Dianne was always very responsive! Even though the rehearsal was taken care of by our church, she still came to help with the set up and to be there during the rehearsal. She helped with appetizer set-up/clean-up (we did our own) which was a huge concern of mine. She handled the dessert table being prepped, and so much more! I can honestly say that our reception went perfectly! If there were any issues, I have no idea and her and her assistant handled all of it!

Thank you Dianne for helping making my day so special! I felt calm and at ease throughout my entire wedding.

Due to family and covid circumstances we decided not to move forward with a ceremony in general and notified two months ahead but was told we aren't able get the refunds from our deposit... this is sad for the day of event when only a phone call and a bit of email was exchanged.
