Arthur Air

I have never seen a business so unprofessional. I have had several air conditioners placed on my house through the years and they have always got the building permit before anything started. Their representative Jacob assured me several times he was getting the building permit. Later come to find out that Jacob was the owners son-in-law and was doing this job on the side even though all the paperwork said Arthur Air. every time I called the business and asked for Jacob they had me hold and connected me to him. so I believe he was working from that business, and they allowed it. But we were desperate to get ACinstalled. it was 110° and I have a preschooler. There is so much more to the story. The AC worked great but when it came time to turn on the heater, it sounded like there was a pair of tennis shoes in the dryer. I called Jacob's must've been 10 times ask him to fix it. Author air truck shows up. The kids were out there working on it for days. Couldn't figure it out. But it was so loud. You couldn't sleep when the heater was on. Finally, I had some Rockstars from Hillcrest come out and fix the problem. I finally called the owner of Arthur Air who have given me the runaround about my building permit, and they have not made an effort to file with the city or county. It's all on me now if I ever want to sell my home, I have to have proof of being professionally installed. I did the calcerts and everything required by the county. After all the complaining, Jacob came out and took my.Calcert paperwork which I don't have now and that was two months ago. The kicker for me is through this whole thing Jacob's excuses for not getting the paperwork done or fixing my AC was that he was busy working for the church, getting that AC done for the church. What kind of guilt trip was that? I think I have to pay to have my calcerts reprinted.

Was quoted $65 for A/C maintenance, and was told it would be $75 when they got here because they charge you for gas money. I was told that everything was fine with the unit and that they had fixed the awful sound it was making. The next day the A/C stopped working all together. No answer when you call and no call back. I ended up having to get another A/C company out to fix the problem for hundreds of dollars.

This place is the worst very Unreliable and totally bad customer service. Lack of communication. Had to get ac repaired said it would take a week to get a part ac needed was never informed there would be a delay with the part was literally ghosted. Not pleased at all so save yourself from doing business with them they don't care about the customer.

Did not finish work I have been trying to contact them for 8 months the will not answer the phone nor will the return any messages or texts this is not their address. I had to hire holder air to finish the job at a cost of 700.00 do not hire this company

If I could give this company less than 1 star I would. 14 days and still no repair, no return phone call. Beware if going through AHS Home Warranty and you get this company.

I've used Arthur Air on 5 Different jobs now. Every time Jake has come through and exceeded my expectations. Excellent service at a reasonable price. Definitely refer them to everyone.

They do not care if it is 111 degrees outside, they will not come out to help you in an emergency! Their technicians are "always" out of town. They don't even work weekends so they literally screw you until the next business day! While they sit nice and cool in their home, they give zero F's about you!

I called Arthur Air this morning. After spending all day and night without air During this heatwave. Robert and AdrianCame out diagnosed and fixed the problem right away without spending a fortune like other companies I have used in the past. Very honest and professional company. I recommend Arthur Air. Thank you

I work from home but am on call and have to come and go regularly. I go outside and notice their van completely blocking my driveway. There was plenty of other parking. I don't know why people think this is okay, but it happens sometimes. I called the number on the side of the van and let the lady know that the technician was blocking my driveway and that I'm on call. She asked who I was and I said, "I live here. I didn't call you guys out and I don't know where your technician is, but you can't block me in like that." She then tells me to watch my tone. Are you serious? I am a working professional and was not rude. I was stressed. She was rude and highly unprofessional. I simply told her, "Fine, I'll just call the police then" and hung up. I haven't done business with them, but I would never, ever after this incident. This just happened right after 11am today, 1/28/21. I live on 20th street downtown. Advice: speak professionally to ALL people, neighbors as well as clients. Would not recommend.

I purchased an AC unit from this company when I had solar panels installed on my residence. The AC unit went out two days ago. My wife has left messages and she has not received a call back. So buyer beware.
