Best tacos by far in Tulare. Will be my ONLY to go spot. Love that they only have drive thru but with seating areas. Parking is always available since it's in a plaza. Had tripas and carnita. Asked for crunchy tripas and they made it perfectly. Don't really like carnitas but OMG it's amazing. Meat portions are very generous. Ambiance is however and whatever you play in the car. All you want privacy.

Service was amazing! She was super sweet and helpful. Unfortunately the food is still just "meh". Arsenios lost their touch a little. Jess went for the taquitos and I got an Asada Burrito Supreme with everything. She asked for sour cream and "everything" on the taquitos. She just got guacamole and cheese. Plus they didn't really have flavor. My burrito was also kind of bland, meat was a little fatty at the end, when I could find the meat. Burrito was more or less beans, rice and guacamole. Only thing that helped it was the green sauce and red sauce. Those were spicy and flavorful! Unfortunately we won't be making any drives from Visalia to Tulare to get Great Mexican food anymore! My King status for coming here has since diminished and will become non existent soon enough. Which makes me sad. This was my OG spot! The spot that got me into Yelping! Times have changed, quality and businesses have changed. I guess it's time to move on.

Ordered a simple potato, bean, and cheese burrito, confirmed it twice, and receipt reflected my order. Got home and there was bacon added. Typically a nice bonus but the burrito was for someone who doesn't like bacon. Fairly straight forward order... couldn't handle it. C'mon Arsenio's..

This is my go too for fast and quick tacos , unfortunately today they were sooo off, my tripas were dried and chewy making it almost to eat. The service is always fast and it's always quiet. The ambiance is normal as it's mainly a drive thru and take out.

As someone from San Diego where I am picky about my food. This place is actually really good. Especially when it comes to carne asada fries. So I get them with no beans they are really good most of the time. But sometimes I dont like the seasoning on the asada, their shredded beef tacos are always great! The times I have had the Jamaica and horchata it's always been great! The service is good most of the time. But I know we all have off days. So I am overall very happy with this taco shop. Definitely my favorite in the Central Valley!
