Stay away from this company all they want is your money very bad customer service nurses are not good at doing there job they show up when ever they want

I have been on service with Around the Clock for over a year. My LVN, Shanai, is a great nurse. She has taken care of the wounds on my legs for the entire time I've been with Around the Clock. Shanai provides excellent patient care and what even makes it better is that she personally cares about her patients too. She takes great pride in providing her patients with the best care available. She is a true asset to Around the Clock.

I have been very happy with the Around-the-Clock companion care we have for my mother. The office is friendly and competent. The care companions are kind, caring, hard-working and easy to communicate with. They have always been on time. My mother has enjoyed their care and company. My family and I are grateful for this help. It is costly but the peace of mind we have is worth it.

They are not very considerate of their clients time. Don't call when they say they will call. When they don't show up on time, they don't call to let you know and what is really annoying is that the nurse they sent us doesn't understand half of what we say and we can't understand half of what she says... Very frustrating!

DO NOT USE !!! if you have an option do not use around the clock. while the nurses are decent, the company itself is crooked. i got a huge bill from them for stuff that they way over ordered I didn't need, ask for, or want the items that I got billed for. they would not return the items or work with me in any way. because they just want the money not to help.

This business is a sham, they were referred to my wife because she had both knees replaced,the nurses were marginal to average at most, the Physical Therapists were excellent! Ex. They would call early in Am the same morning they wanted to come out, they wanted to come at their convince not the patients!! Beware of this company(They are after the$$$ not patients care and comfort!!!!

In the past, I was very pleased with the service provided by Around the Clock; however, this time I become totally dissatisfied. On the first visit by the current PT, he entered my home with absolutely no equipment stating that he didn't want to bring in his equipment if he could use what we had in the house. Then he had to go back to his car and get his blood pressure equipment. He had my husband do a few exercises to try to get him up on his feet and after about 5 minutes he left. (My husband stood up about 5 times), The next time he came out he had my husband do the stand up exercises and had him try to walk (not successfully, he stood next to my husband while I followed with the wheelchair in case he needed to sit down) and after about 10 minutes he left. On visit 3 (after I called to ask where he was) he came to the house and told me he tried to contact me and my phone kept going to voicemail. This was odd because I called my cell from my landline and got through with no problem. The nurse has been in contact with me using my cell phone that same day. He tried calling on his private phone and got through. Then He proceeded to have my husband to the stand up exercises and tried to get him to walk. My husband still could not walk and this PT informed him that he took 5 steps the last time and looked at me as if to confirm what he said. This is not correct. He had my husband to a couple more exercises and tried walking again. This time was successful as my husband took a few steps. The following week, we had no contact whatsoever from this PT. He told his co-workers that he had been trying to contact me all week. We already know that his work phone has issued and his private phone worked. This week, still no contact from the PT. I did receive a text from the nurse this morning saying that she was in a meeting and would be here between 9:30 and 10:00, a few minutes later she sent another text stating that she was on "Autopilot" (whatever that means) and that a different nurse will see my husband and will be calling. This is the worst service I've received from this company. I wish I would have ask for the other company instead of this one. Perhaps the executives at Around the Clock should do an audit of the procedures being used by their employees.

They are giving my son money from his ssa and he has nothing to show for it everytime he gets money he uses it for drugs. he goes looking for receipts and says hes spending it for his daughters but if he buys anything he usually sells it or loses it becuz he gets so wasted on drugs and he does not remember cuz hes mental supposedly but he sure remembers where to get his drugs and where to go til they burn him and take his money. Then he can go back to around the clock and tell them another lie and do it til hes dead. But that is not of their concern. Good luck
