They threw in the hose's to connect the washer and dryer. The washer and Dryer work Beautifully. I recommend you stop in before going anywhere else Financing was easy. I'm definitely going back. If I could give a zero star I would. I first bought my refrigerator with them about year and half ago and it stop cooling so I called them and they sent out a repair man to give me a quote to fix it. I called them to arrange the repair they said they would call me back and never did. I had to follow up with them multiple times finally to be told to go in person and pay cash for my repair. I went the same day. after that they took almost 3 weeks to come back to pick up my refrigerator for repair and left me with a loaner but only after multiple complaints of bad customer service from the girl in the office and no follow up. Keep in mind this is after I paid them. They finally come to pick up my refrigerator and Another two weeks later I have to call multiple times to get answers on where my refrigerator is and when I will be getting it back. They finally bring my refrigerator back and it is damaged! scratched from top to bottom. The worst company I ever dealt with from day one! I am seeking a full refund of my repairs for damages. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

It doesn't matter about your previous reviews. The whole point is that your customer service is lacking enormously. You wouldn't be having people return things is you actually care about the business but that's why it's always empty. Just sit on it and think about it. Like I said you kept bugging me when I had cancelled already !!!!! Check yourself sis.

We purchased a home in Bakersfield recently and were in need of new appliances. It's an historic home so the fridge space is a little out of the ordinary. I called and spoke to Edgar and he was able to quickly identify a unit that would fit the space. I went to the showroom and was thoroughly impressed by their selection and excellent prices. Edgar greeted me and directed me to the LG fridge we spoke about, which was perfect! He was friendly and helpful and was also able to help me select a great GE washer and dryer. This was all near closing time, but Edgar never made me feel rushed. (I even forgot my wallet and he was kind enough to wait for me to come back to finalize the purchase.) Also impressive was that they were able to deliver the appliances the very next day. Jerry arrived promptly at the scheduled time, was very pleasant and assessed the best way to get the appliances into the house, which has narrower-than-usual doorways and a basement where the washer and dryer needed to go. Edgar arrived shortly thereafter and the two of them worked extremely well together to install all three appliances. They removed the fridge doors to be able to squeeze the unit through our small doorways and got it installed seamlessly. Then they tackled the task of installing the washer and dryer in the basement with our older, out-of-the-ordinary plumbing. They did a great job and I was doing a load of laundry in no time. I am a happy customer! I would highly recommend Appliance Connections for their excellent service and selection of affordable appliances.

I shopped around pricing 4 door LG refrigerators and I found you guys on Offer up and seen all the great prices you had. Yari was very nice and answered any questions I had . So I went in and spoke to Walter and explained to him what I was looking for and he is really out there trying to get you the best deal ever. So glad I went here. I would recommend them to everyone . Oh I I walked out with my LG 4 door refrigerator and free delivery.
