Groceries are too expensive and the produce is not up to par. The deli closes really early, so if you want to grab a dinner meal for your family after 4pm, then you're out of luck.

I had stopped going into the store because the last 2 or 3 times I bought meat there it went bad within a day or smelled funny when I got home. They gave me a refund each time so that was fine but I wanted food, not a refund. Today I went there and some kid comes from The back of the meat department without wearing a mask. He started to take my order but I had ask him to put his mask on, He said he had one but forgot it in the back and looked at me as if that should be OK. But it wasn't. So he went back and put his mask on and came back, but then started to debate me about Donald Trump and whether I thought covid was "real" and whether I believed in it because he didn't.And he started to tell me about how case numbers are going down and how people die from diabetes but nobody makes a big deal about that. I am not a medical professional, and I assumed he is not either. What I do know is that we have a shit load of cases in the United States. More than any other country in the world. So if I can do something as simple as putting on a mask and washing my hands to help slow the spread I'll do that.I would expect for somebody who's handling food products, especially raw food, to do the same whether or not they believe it's a fake ( By the way I don't see how anybody in their right mind could think it's a fake based on what we've been through thus far). But the point is When I go to the grocery store I'm not looking to get into a political debate about Donald Trump. I'm looking to buy food for my family. And I don't want some moron who doesn't believe that nearly 300,000 dead Americans Actually died from covid, handling my food without a mask on. Even if you are one of those morons that refuses to believe in the fact of covid, You should care enough about the people around you to take precautions and not make them sick. If you have the flu, most employers tell you to stay home so you don't make everybody else in the workplace sick. I would expect the owners of this store to do the same thing. But, apparently they don't.When I told this guy that I had more than one person I know die from this virus, he said that he and his dad had both had it and there was nothing wrong with them. That makes me even more concerenrd about food safety here. Is this guy is even worried about or thinking about public safety and the safety of the store's customers. How long ago did he and his dad have it? Did he tell the store's owners that he had been positive in the past or did he just come to work? This ONE moron could be infecting food product in the entire community Simply because he doesn't care and/or believe that covid is a real thing.I won't be going back. Its not worth the risk to my health or the health of my family. All it takes is ONE moron to ignore health and safety standards to make a lot of puerile sick, and/or kill 1 or 2.

New ownership seems to be working on getting prices in line. Good meet Department. They are also community minded.

I've only been to this store a handful of times when in the area. Clean, good customer service, plenty of merchandise and good selection of beer.

CHECK YOUR MEAT AND EXPIRATION DATES!!I have accidentally bought items from here that were already expired, and even found bread in store that had mold already on it. This was the worst. My husband purchased sausage links for breakfast. Luckily, we checked it, because we know how bad this store has gotten in quality, sure enough, these were rotten!! Be careful to check things when feeding your family and check everything that comes from this store. More likely than not it's either molded or expired.

Do not buy meat here. My father-in-law bought hamburger meat and it looked fresh in the package, he cut into it and it was gray and smelled horrible. My husband and I decided to get some hamburger meat a couple weeks later and the same thing happened, it looked like they had covered the old meat with fresh meat. My husband also picked up some ribeyes yesterday in the meat department and they looked great on one side... the other side smelled and looked spoiled. We've decided to just get meat at La Carne.

My uncle was being nice and bought dinner home; baked chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy. I've never had gravy as bad as this! Lumpy and so salted I choked on it! Potatoes were decent but wouldn't even try them again and they were out of the fried chicken so we had baked. It was dry of course. Tasted a bit older as if it's been reheated. I know my uncle was being kind and loved us, but never again will we be okay with him buying dinner from Apple Mkt!

Not sure why this business has hours of operation if they lock their doors before hand. Super rude.
