AMAZING 5-STAR experience with AV Florist. I called to get a day of delivery for my mom's bday & had the pleasure of speaking with Kristine. She absolutely exceeded my expectations in great customer service. She was pleasant, customer care focused, & attentive to the details I requested. Although I don't live in the area, I have tons of family in the AV & look forward to my next order with Kristine at AV Florist. Thank you Kristine for helping me make my mom feel so special!

Such a wonderful experience! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the selection of flowers is top-notch--what more could you ask for? I absolutely love supporting small businesses over the grocery store for my floral needs. It's always a treat to visit this florist, and they never disappoint!

I am a frequent customer. Monthly I come in and I will tell you all of the ladies in there greet you and take care of you as if you were family. That is the type of customer service I truly value and appreciate. Always smiling and always helpful. It also doesn't hurt that their flowers our all high quality and a great selection to choose from. I highly recommend and will keep coming back into town just for this shop.

I needed two large standing sprays for my mother's memorial service. The lady on the phone was so kind and helpful, and the flowers turned out incredible! The price was very fair and delivery was timely. I can't recommend this flower shop enough

I have been coming to Antelope Valley Florist for many years and have always been pleased with the floral arrangements. They are my go to for floral occasions. When I need flowers, I usually go into the shop to pick them out rather than call on the phone.. Recently, I wanted to send an arrangement of pale pink flowers to honor the memory of a family friend. The service I received at this shop was incredible. The florist not only helped me pick out the right shades of flowers but made excellent suggestions for the greenery and fill. She put the basket aside with notes as to exactly what I needed. I highly recommend Antelope Valley Florist for its customer service and creativity

The flowers I sent on Tuesday are ready to be thrown out. This is not the first time this has happened with this florist, but it will be the last. This should not happen with fresh flowers.
