Amazing staff!!! Andomo took his time and let us test drive many vehicles before we chose the right one for us! We didn't expect to purchase our vehicles that same day they worked with us and our budget. This is our second time purchasing vehicles from AV Chevy! I had an appointment at 11 o'clock (3/1/2025) for an oil change that cost $261, etc. She booked five cars for the same service at the same time and told me it would take five hours. I asked her what is the point of having an appointment ? she replied, "I don't know. I just book appointments." (She shouldn't have said that.) Obviously, she's not doing a good job. It's not difficult to do the math. I am very disappointed that it would take 5 hours for an oil change! (Time is valuable when you have a business to manage. ) It doesn't make sense. She should have booked my appointment at 4 o'clock; she had 5 vehicles waiting for an oil change! Your departments are not communicating with each other!!!. They're wasting customers' time, and you're losing customers! I left your dealership! without getting my oil change! From past experience, when I have an appointment, the most it takes is one hour! for an oil change, not five hours. (That's a slap on the face it's not free )I'm trying to give you business. Obviously, you don't need it. I drove two hours to your dealership; I live in Los Angeles.

So here is yet again another bad review for service department. Made an appointment for an oil change at 12 today 1/4/24 for oil change and tire rotation. It's now 205 and my vehicle is still sitting outside there shop. Not one mention of it from the service advisor, when I asked he was like oh they take lunch at 12. So why even make me an appointment at all? I have a Dodge Ram and get in and out in around an hour? Apparently we can't do this here. May have to bite the bullet and go to a different dealership.

Drove all the way from West Covina to this dealership because they had the exact truck we wanted and it was worth it 100%. Contacted the dealer through carguru and Autotrader. Saw price Online for the Suburban was decent and called to see if they are willing to match other car I found a price. (This one had the color my wife wanted) sales rep put me on hold to see what they car do and said they would match it but after he spoke to sales manager when I asked about for the out the door price they added $2,500 in accessories. (Which they didn't care came with what all the other cars came with) I told them I didn't want accessories they said it must be purchased with car and can't be removed. Sad that they bait you with a price online and then trick you with increase.

Had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Took 40 minutes for me to be checked in. I stood around waiting as workers just walked by me. I had to hunt someone down in order to check in. Customer service needs to improved.

It's the worst service I have ever experienced I had been at bad hamburger places bad taco places bad stores bad carpet cleaner bad car washing places nothing is comparable to this really bad service experience. I spoke to 5 members from management team top ones so they claimed to be but nothing changed. I can only hope any Atorney see this and get in contact with me so I can tell them my story. I'm forced to give them one start but they don't deserve it

I bought 5 vehicles from them over the years last one in October. They sent me 35 dollar gift card went on Christmas eve to the parts to buy a shirt. This is in the parts department and all I hear is cussing about customers coming from the back of the parts office. Two guys cussing about customers. How unprofessional. This was at 10am. Then I go to spend the 35 dollar gift card on a hat and they tell me oh no it's on on service. The card says gift card. This place is so unprofessional now you no how they talk and treat customers. Dont buy here.
