Angelica's Bakery

I visited Angelica's on a Saturday afternoon. There were lots of empty display cases, I am unsure if I arrived at a slow time but the selection was very limited! I selected a few pieces of sweet bread which were delicious. I made the mistake of buying a heart shaped cookie (they had some 3 days after Valentine's Day) and it was very stale! I wonder if they were leftovers. I've heard nothing but good things about this bakery so I will be back to give them another chance.

The best mexican bakery hands down. With a huge variety of mexican breads and pastries. Great customer service, they treat you like family. And the place is pretty big has lots to see with many cakes on display. I love coming here in the morning to try the fresh sweet bread they put out daily. And the torta bread is very soft and always fresh and im told they deliver to many taco shops and restaurants in the areas around bakersfield.

Tres Leches cake is amazing! We had the strawberry filled one and was a little worried the strawberry wouldn't be very "fresh" tasting- we were completely wrong! The strawberry filing tasted like real strawberries (not artificial at all)! The cake was moist, without being squishy, and the frosting was delicious (not too much/ not too little). The customer service was great! The gal at the front counter was helpful and nice. Will definitely try again!

My wives birthday was on Thursday, so I went and ordered the "tres leches" ( hopefully I spelled it right) cake. I thought there might be a problem with English/Spanish, but there was no problem.When I got the cake, it was decorated very nice. And it tasted great! I will be going back! Great job! Thank you so much! My wife was very happy too!

Super disappointed. I ordered a few days before and when I called to confirm if the order was ready they were confused about the order. I get home and the party gets going and when we put the cake it's the wrong cake.Cake was good, but not what we asked for.

No, I do not recommend ordering your special cake from this place.It's way to expensive for the job they do, and cake wasn't even good.

I ordered a cake for Christmas and it was amazing!I love that its not so sweet and love that they use whipped cream not icing!I am satisfied with the service, taste and price!Definitely coming back whenever I need a cake.Thank you!

My sister told me about this spot and since then I've been hooked!! Smells so good when you walk in and staff is super welcoming! I've put some people on this place and they like it as well. The Bolio con jalapeño y queso is the best! And super soft. They actually put queso and are not stingy about it either! I would definitely recommend the pan dulce from there!

Really Disappointed It was my daughters 1st birthday and to be her first cake it was a nice decoration only either then that cake was to dry my guest complain about egg shells in it and it was embarrassing I won't never go there again I don't recommended to no one ....

I ordered a 3 leches cake for mothers day.. It was so delicious and not too sweet... The customer service was great.. Definitely I will be buying more cakes..
