We've traveled internationally in the past but this time we were taking our 18yo grandchild for an adventure and knew this needed more expertise than we could provide. Shayna listened to what we wanted and made the arrangements for complicated connections. She planned out the trip to meet our granddaughter's particular interests, our safety concerns and our budget. Our trip still contained some small "bumps", as every possibility cannot be foreseen or avoided, but no major roadblocks to making fantastic memories! Shayna is readily available and always responded to my inquiries. Our granddaughter will remember this for a long time--and is already planning her own return to London. Shayna was very helpful and chatted with us regarding our trip to Cancun. We mentioned 2 months before our trip that we had concerns about the newer resort in the Cancun area. She listened to us and made some helpful alternate suggestions that still fit our budget. The resort she recommended and that we chose was outstanding and fit our plan perfectly. Shayna has come through again! This is the 2nd vacation she put together and it was exactly what we had hoped for. We had a great family friendly vacation in Kauai at a very affordable price. I highly recommend using this travel agency for all your travel plans. Shayna is great. She listened to everything we wanted to do and gave us great options. They were all in our price range and checked every box. The situation with the flights at the time is what drove me to use an agency. I couldn't find a great deal that would get us to our destination quickly. She went above and beyond to find us great flights. She even called the airline at 6am to make sure we got the flights. She arranged our hotel and transportation to and from the airport. Everything was set up perfectly and we had no issues. Traveling during COVID can be stressful, but Shayna took all the stress out of it and we were able to just sit back and enjoy our trip. Did I mention there are NO FEES for her service!
