My husband and I were in a scramble to find a day-of coordinator for our small wedding at the Santa Barbara Courthouse, just 8 weeks before the big day. Thankfully, we stumbled upon Anastasias Magical Events. From the moment we reached out, Vicky's responsiveness and can-do attitude set her apart. She struck the perfect balance between efficiency and warmth, which made her an absolute joy to work with. Despite unexpected pouring rain on our wedding day, Vicky's quick thinking and adaptability ensured that everything ran smoothly. Our initial plans may have been derailed, but thanks to Vicky our day turned out to be incredibly beautiful and memorable. Vicky is wonderful, supportive, effective, thorough, communicative, organized, experienced, and on top of her/your/our sh*t! And for our secret surprise wedding disguised as an engagement party, we couldn't have had it any other way. 1,000 moving pieces + 180 degrees of mystery = how the hell are we going to pull this off?! A simple formula for a complex event. Thankfully, we had her expertise and support the entire way leading up to the engagement party (I mean wedding!) and, of course, throughout the day itself. For the 5 weeks leading up to our event, Vicky kept us engaged and focused during weekly meetings. Once we had all the checklists, mock table photos, inventory, timelines, and guest lists organized, she sent us off to relax for the remaining days of our singledom.During the wedding day, she kept us cool, calm, and collected. She rallied all the troops at the appropriate times; she even made sure we got ourselves food to enjoy before opening it up to the rest of the guests! If she hadn't done that, trust us, we'd never have eaten a bite! Any time she came up to us, she had a huge smile, so welcoming and easygoing (even if there was a fire to put out); we never flinched. The day will be remembered as perfect, thanks in large part to Vicky.Vicky, we truly appreciate you; all our guests appreciate you. We couldn't have pulled off our dream surprise wedding without you. My husband and I recently got married this month and we were absolutely OBSESSED with how everything turned out and that was completely because of Vicky. She was everything I wanted and more as my Day of Coordinator. She made the last month of wedding planning so smooth and kept me calm and focused. Her attention to detail and organization is amazing and we understood each other perfectly. She always made sure that my questions and concerns were answered which gave me peace of mind. On our wedding day, she made sure that everything was perfect. I had no worries at all that our wedding wasn't going to be perfect because I knew that she would make sure that it was. She was so attentive to my husband and I and made sure we were always calm and collected. She made sure that we ate first and brought us our food. She just made us feel so special. Always checking in on us and making sure we weren't falling behind on the schedule which just eased my mind so much. The day went so smoothly, even with the tiny hiccups that happened, she just worked it out and executed. I am super happy and thankful for Vicky and her team. We cannot thank her enough. All of our guests are still talking about it and just saying how great Vicky and her team was. Absolute stars. It was the most perfect day and we will always remember it and remember the wonderful team that made our dream happen!

I'm writing this as a fellow vendor (we provided the photo booth) who worked with Vicky for a mutual client. I just want to say she was a delight to work with. Super chill, all smiles, always checking up on her vendors making sure we're okay. I have personally never seen that and that's exactly what compelled me to write this review, to let everyone know that Vicky is a great person and so fun & professional to work with. I also loved how she confirmed timelines with vendors not leaving any detail out. Hire her for your Wedding if you want a friendly, fun, organized coordinator who will handle everything for you with grace.

Vicky and her team were nothing but amazing to work with! From our engagement, the planning of our wedding, to the day of - Vicky was with us through it all. Vicky helped connect us to vendors, she gave suggestions for planning and styling along the way, helped to develop our timeline, and executed everything from rehearsal, set up, and clean up on the day of our wedding perfectly. Thank you so much helping us make our day so magical!!

What can I say, Vicky was so sweet, amazing and so helpful with my wedding decor! She made sure everything was set up just like I wanted and kept in contact with me throughout the whole planning and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I'm glad I left the styling in her hands and can't wait to hopefully work with her again in the future!

First of all, I want to thank Vicky and her amazing team for ensuring our wedding day goes on smoothly! Vicky's attention to detail is unmatched. I had somewhat of an unrealistic idea of how the wedding day would go, but Vicky made sure we collaborate and plan every single event of our wedding day to the tee. Of course, there were minor hiccups but Vicky and her team addressed them right away. Also, I am very grateful that Vicky took care of us from making sure we are fed throughout the day to making sure we are comfortable and enjoying the day. I cannot emphasize it enough that Vicky is THE BEST out there and my husband and I are blessed to have found her. Vicky was just everything we hoped for and more in a day of coordinator. The weekly meetings leading up to the wedding were beyond helpful and were truly one of the main reasons we felt prepared the day of. She's extremely organized, passionate, kind, and supportive. On the day of our wedding in a moment when we had a second to catch our breath after being so busy running around with our photographers, we were welcomed by her and her assistant bringing us a giant plate of food from our cocktail hour. They were amazing the day of, and you are in the best of hands hiring Vicky for your planning and coordination. I have so much love for her and I'm unbelievably grateful we found her!!
