AMS Legal Support Services

My job requires me to get people served with legal paperwork all the time. I have only used AMS for process service (they do a lot of other legal services as well), but I have used them many times for this and I have been very pleased so far. The process servers at AMS are really good at finding and serving people for me, even when other companies could not. Highly recommended.If you read any reviews regarding them not being able to serve people, keep in mind that AMS are human beings like the rest of us. They can't break down people's doors, crawl through windows, jump over fences, or enter restricted areas. But they will do everything they can within reason and without breaking the law to serve whoever you need to get served.No process server will ever have a 100% success rate, it's impossible. But in my experience AMS has been more successful than others I've used in the past. If AMS can't get them, I doubt anyone else can.

Excellent customer service. Business was able to meet my notary needs in minutes versus hours or days.

Very disappointing experience. I trusted AMS to deliver a service, and they did not. Do not use them if your situation requires entrance into a gated community-they will you inform you that they have made six attempts at six different times with no success. I'm sure this isn't their first experience dealing with a gated community.They will, then, offer to do a stakeout for an additional $45-$60/ hour. Yeah right-why would I pay for a service that was not handled the first time? In response to AMS's response-the employee mentioned that there was a possibility that the servee was not home. This is false information as AMS did not even get in the gate.

Best legal paper filing service team. They helped me file with the court and a plaintiff. Meranda is the best. She handled my filing and was patient with me.

I am very happy with their service !!! I needed them to serve a party for a small claims case. I knew it would be a difficult serve. The party they were serving did not work, lived in a house with cameras all around and a iron gate 10 feet from the front door. They were able to serve this party within a week, plus they have very reasonable rates, GREAT WORK guys !!!!

Took aWhile to get up to speed and deliver a 3 day notice. But once we got the ball rolling .... They handled it professionally.

Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They were suppose to email me some documents to signed. Forwarded someone else's case documents. So, I called and explained what they did. The office supervisor (Miranda) was extremely rude, unprofessional with no communication skills. I took my business somewhere else.The reason they are getting one star is because anything lower was not available!

I hired them do all the legal paperwork for me for an eviction since just one mistake and the nearly year-long process must be done all over again while your tenant continues to live for free in your property and you go without that vital income. After paying out about $1900 in legal fees and court filing costs along with $2000 to an actual attorney to represent me in court, it turned out that AMS Legal Support Services had typed in the wrong address on the original complaint, so the Sheriff was unable to serve notice. An entire year and nearly $4000 down the drain PLUS all that rent. Now I get to do it all over again.They refunded me the amount I'd paid them for their "services" and apologized. Thanks a whole lot, YOU IDIOTS! No offer to pay me for all my other costs that they're responsible for. Don't be silly.Even if you use these people you still need to be a legal expert yourself to catch their mistakes. Your best bet is to just hire an attorney from the start.

These are the rudest people ever. Tried to discuss a possible service with them and they were nothing but rude. Isn't this what they are in the business to do serve papers? Customer service is everything....they should truly try it sometime.
