We had a wonderful experience with this company! We gave him (I believe Elios? Was his name) he was extremely helpful but we gave me him quotes we got from other places along with names of the material we liked and he quoted us the best he could and a few items he was able to beat. His customer service was incredible and we were very happy with him. We ended up getting our beautiful granite and mosaic for our shower and counter backsplash. We will definitely be coming back to this in the future.

Joe and his son Joel were very nice, patient, and helpful from start to finish. We purchased quartz for our whole kitchen, tile for our backsplash, shower, and flooring (wood-like tile). Special orders generally took only two days. I would highly recommend!!!

Super great owners and workers. so helpful answers all your questions very friendly makes the process of remodeling and buying a lot easier. I had gone around Bakersfield getting quotes this was my last place and thank God I stop there I got my kitchen and floors all done at the price i was given at another place for just the floors. America Ceramics is the place to go when you need great tile and countertops! Recently bought material from there and I love it! They have great customer service and made my experience there so much easier! If you're looking for great tile at a great price America Ceramics is the place to go. Joe and Anthony do a great job running the place and the rest of the workers are very acknowledgeable about the material they have.

This company is professional, knowledgeable, and most of all patient. Mike spent a fair amount of time helping me decide which LVP to go with. The LDZ 20mil wear in a 60x9 for $2.69 was better than I could find at THD, F & D, and LOWES. Thank you again.

Great experience at this warehouse. First of all the employees are gentlemen. I was able to wander about with zero pressure to buy. They gave excellent tips and information about various types of stone. Second, the prices are great. I was able to maintain my budget and purchase quality material.Lastly, Anthony and Mike have some much class and charm. They make a great team. They offered products in every price range, and helped me make a sound choice.Buy your tile here!

Customer service was decent, Until I needed them to fix their mistake. These guys fell off the map even the owner (joe). They sent me a clearly damaged and defective large piece of quartz for a bathroom remodel. I have called numerous times for some sort of resolution, can't get a call back and when I do get them on the phone I'm basically told, "too bad, your contractor shouldn't of taken it off site in that condition". It was covered in film to protect it so there was no way of knowing it was permanently stained.This would not fly at a big Corp. I love supporting small but when it comes to situations like this it seems the owners get greedy. I bought over $7k in material. The damaged piece was only 500 bucks.

Fantastic store! They have great support helping you pick out the granite and tile. They are very knowledgeable and helped us pick the right sinks. The prices seem good. Also the owner helped us negotiate with our installer who was slacking.100% recommend these guys!
