HORRIBLE SERVICE! Mike the owner will cuss you out. He absolutely does not know how to speak to customers. Read his reviews. And it's not just him! His secretary (wife?) is just as rude. Look at my pool. Completely horrifying. Do not waste your time with Mike or Never BluUPDATE: I had six different companies come out and give me estimates. Holy crap. My pool was a disaster. Always Blue Pools blamed my neighbors tree for my pool problems and according to ALL SIX POOL COMPANIES, my pool has been mismanaged and neglected for months. I have worn out pump seals, broken auto fill float and the chemicals are completely out of range. I was told multiple times that my water hadn't been tested because there was no way anyone would leave my pool that way. I've emailed the owner about my final bill with no response.

This place is really bad. The representative, Lou, is a really nice guy. But his manager is horrible. He doesn't know how to talk to his customers properly. They overcharge and try to be smart with us. We couldn't swim for a whole week because of them. Do not come here. Anyone else is better than these folks.--Update: We had another Pool Company give us an estimate and they had done some horrible things to our pool. They put too many chlorine tablets into our pool, approximately 5 tablets, we had no PH at all in the pool and the lady said the pool was horribly cloudy. This was all because we decided to quit services with them. Do not use this company.

While their service person is pleasant their is no concern our pool continues to get worse including the white plaster is brown and now green in spots. We asked them to attempt to address the staining on the plaster and they whitened random spots. So there are polka dots of clean surrounded by dirty walls and mostly dirty bottom. They care about your money, but not about what the pool looks like. An update 1 week after stopping use of Always Blue, they never checked the Calcium and the levels were supposed to be 200 to 400 and our pool level was over 1,000. I drained and rehabbed the pool without Always Blue and the pool now looks good as new.

This place is the worst. Save your money. The rep that comes to clean my pool is awesome. He comes out here and gets the job done. As for his manager Mike, that's a whole different story. I called to find out what was going on with my pump and was told when he comes out on Tuesday, he'll let me know. Well, Tuesday comes around and I get no call. I call and Mike says I know exactly what's wrong with it...YOUR KIDS are touching things they have no business touching. I instantly stop him in his tracks and get off the phone. He is so rude. I'm not a child nor will I be talked to like I'm one. I then send him a message letting him know that I am officially cancelling services with them because of how he spoke to me. I don't know how he treats men, but from what I see he is terrible with women.

If you're looking for a pool cleaning company I suggest you call around and ask for prices because if you don't know how much things cost this guy will bleed you dry of all your money! I needed a pool pump replaced and he charged just for the pump and installation was $700And the pump was only $150 retail. And another separate $90 every 2 months on top of $140 monthly to clean the filter. Which btw my new pool guy cleans for no additional feeAnd when you cancel on him lock your backyard if you don't want your pool sabotaged

HORRIBLE COMPANY!! Stay Away from this company!! The owner Mike is abusive when anyone questions his company's performance. We hired them to do the start-up on our new pool and now our plaster is now irreversibly damaged. We will need to get the whole pool re-plastered because of their lack of attention during the startup process.When we approached the owner Mike about the issue he was abusive and tried to blame everyone except his own workers. He actually said, "I am tired of people trying to blame us for problems with their pool." Well if customers keep saying that maybe your company is the problem. He never came out to look at the damage he just went straight to blaming others.This is our first pool and we had no idea that the first few days after the plaster is the most crucial and would need constant scrubbing and cleaning but we didn't see his workers doing anything for the first week. They never did any scrubbing or cleaning during the startup process. The plaster now has a permanent scaling issue that can only be fixed by a re-plaster.Stay away from Always Blue Pools. The owner is unprofessional, rude, and will curse you out if you question him.

The owner of this business is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. His employees are just like him. If you wanted to be yelled at and talked down to then ya I recommend this guy. His guys don't know what they're doing and are rude too.

I was recommended this people by a friend. Mike gave me a good price on my pool and jacuzzi. They came out once last week and looked at everything and gives me this agreement to look at and sign and they would come back in a couple days to pick it up. Then I get an email stating that some parts needed to be replaced such as a knob on the bottom of the basket and the basket was cracked. He then told me that the guys came (the next day even though I was told a few days to get the agreement and I wasnt home). Come this Tuesday, I noticed my pool wasnt cleaned. I sent an email asking if the guys had came or if they were coming that day so I can give them agreement. I get an email back stating no that they pulled back because they had not received the agreement and because I did not give him an answer on the parts. I responded that they told they would be back in a few days to get the agreement and instead they come the next the day and I was not home. Not my fault! they told me a couple of days. and the parts those or minor right now not to worried about those right now. He never responded to my email, so I called him twice and each time he forwarded my calls to his voicemail. I finally called him a 3rd time and told him I was upset that I was trying to give the guys the agreement yesterday but they never showed up nor did anyone call to state that they were not coming out. Mike started to get upset because I basically told him that someone should have called and that the parts were something minor right now. He then just told me to find a new pool person.
