The reason for the one-star is because they tack on a mandatory automatic 20% tip here so beware of that and if you have any kind of discount at this place, it goes bye-bye with your 20% mandatory tip when it's time to pay. I had only come here because they were running specials on certain things i was interested in, but again the "savings" all dried up with the 20% tip. Not cool.About a year ago, when I first came to Allure, I was surprised that they expected you to "tip" them. At that time you could still choose the amount of tip on your receipt and the staff would kind of politely guilt you into to giving a tip of your choice. I know it's the doctor/owner's "fault" for this tipping practice. I would say shame on the doctor/owner for forcing the already struggling consumers to help pay for your staff's salaries and your profits. You should be glad people even come to this establishment, WE the consumers are doing YOU a favor and not the other way around. This low class tipping thing in general has gotten way out of hand now days and now surprisingly at Allure Medical Spa! BTW, no other medical spas that I have also frequented here in Bakersfield, force you to tip them at all and they're all pretty good too. I definitely won't be coming back here.

Allure Aesthetics is the best spa in Bakersfield hands down. From the moment you walk through the doors you are greeted with the friendliest staff. Always with a smile. The girls make you comfortable from the start. Their injectors Samantha and Daisy are incredibly talented at what they do. I got to experience both and they're both gentle when injecting. I wanted to express my gratitude to both ladies for taking good care of me.

Allure has the best deals in town. I follow them on IG and like to hit the Flash Sales. I have tried a lot of their services, but my favorite so far is Microneedling and their lash lifts. The Pico Genesis and V-Laser are good too. Daisy is really nice and personable. Misty is always professional at the front desk. Katie is sweet always does my microneedling. I want to try their monthly program, as well, which seems like a great idea for those who want to bundle all their skin care services at one location. As long as they keep up the great deals, I will keep coming back :) Thanks ladies!

The front desk ladies are amazing... they are always helpful and kind. Daisy... she is the real star of this place. She has done so many things for me over the last nine months. She is an expert at them all!

For a first timer this was an amazing experience for my self my esthetician was Marissa who I absolutely adored she explained everything she was going to be doing had relaxing music playing and I must say. I loved my self care session.

This spa has changed my life. I was starting to become so self conscious of my hyperpigmentation and melasma that it hindered my going out and enjoying myself. I went to see Jen and she prescribed a mix of treatments that has helped me see results in about 3 weeks! Life changing!This spa offers a multitude of services and everyone is happy to educated you without being pushy. They have specials every month which keeps it fun! The spa itself is gorgeous and clean and I can't wait to go back! Thank you Jen for being my skin angel!

I cannot recommend this office enough! I first went to Rebecca to get my skin cleared up from regular hormonal acne, and she was so sweet and motivated my confidence when I was insecure. Once my skin was in a good place from Rebecca's regimen she put me on, I then scheduled sessions with Moriah for microneedling. She was also so nice, cheerful, and really built my confidence with her services and personality. I am so proud of myself for taking care of my skin and this was the perfect place to do it! Everyone who works here is so nice, helpful, and overall amazing.

My new favorite place. Went for a consultation with Jennifer Tougas-Genova NP. I have a rare genetic skin disease and she was familiar with it. She sat with me for over 30 min to devise a plan for treatment. She is also willing to work with my sometimes need to be seen urgently. World needs more health care providers like Jennifer! I will also look into some of their aesthetic options. Classy clean environment and very kind and professional staff.

Daisy is knowledgeable and kind all in one. Had filler done and it still looks great. Started GLP1 4 weeks ago and hasn't kicked in yet. I'll let you know.

zero stars ! negative 10 if possible ! I came in for my normal 3 month Botox as I've done for the last two years. different nurse I asked where my JEN WAS ? fake Red head nurse sam responded, I'm going your botox today. I went with it, when I should have saved my money and ran ! rude unprofessional doesn't know her anatomy ! ive been doing botox for so long I know all my places my units! She's clueless
