(2018 REVIEW)HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! I agree with the people below who say these reviews are real because they are.My boyfriends aunt turned 101 yesterday. We weren't sure if we were going to make the trip so he ordered flowers to have sent to her. We went through FTD, but didn't know All My Love... was their vendor for that area. Well, we found out very fast. He ordered purple (key words) flowers to be sentto her house. Another relative found the flowers outside sitting at the front door (key words). Upon anger, but to simply inform us. Guess what? We ended up making the drive to Bakersfield after all opening the sent gift the relatives noticed how poorly the flowers looked and called us, not out ofAND had the chance to view the flowers in person. They were right, they looked horrible! They were barely alive and were pink. We called FTD and they apologized, but couldn't inform us who their vendor was. Well, the vendor left a business card attached to the vase. Also, remember I said theyleft them at the door? Usually a florist would return the flowers to the shop with a call or note saying nobody was home to receive. Well, we called and All My Love... said they handed them to someone at the house and they could feel the heat from the house which is what made them wilt so quickly.Let's recap. We asked for purple, they delivered pink. We found them outside, they said someone received them and took then inside. They said fresh order, we received them dying...hmm. AND WHY ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS?Also, here's the shocking part. The florist or whoever answered, sounded drunk while trying to explain why he was in the right. He yelled and fussed at one relative and then at my boyfriend oh and sent an angry text. AND AGAIN, WHY ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS?

I was hired there back in March until May of 2021. While being there, I quickly learned how unprofessional the Persian older man ran this shop. Everything that has been posted as far as review and comments, I quickly realized it was true. The customer service had nothing to do with the employees. The owner is very rude and yells at customers in front of people, and very embarrassing to work for him. I do not recommend this place to order flower arrangements nor work for him.As far as customer service goes, with clients calling to order arrangements, the calls go directly to the owner's cellphone. The employees never get a chance to interact with the clients. Also, the owner is unprofessional with returning their calls. However, instead, he will text back messages.If you're calling or come into the flower shop to order single flowers, the owner will not allow you to purchase anything like that. He is a one-person owner. Also, his (former) wife works there, and he treats her wrong in front of the employees. That's all I can explain of what not many people know what happens in and outside of the flower shop, so be very cautious when purchasing or dealing with this flower shop.

If this would allow me to give zero stars I would. It went bad from the very beginning. My coworker lost her mother and we decided as a group to send her flowers. I tried to support a small local business given the pandemic. Our total purchase was $167.04 the florist was extremely unprofessional and tacky. They didn't have the vase we ordered which was a large portion of why we picked that arrangement in exchange they stated they would add more flowers. They text me a picture of the replacement vase. I asked for a picture of finished propane was told flowers were already out for delivery but driver would take a picture. Driver had technical difficulties so he asked the recipient if they would take a picture and sent it to me. The morning family who is not tech savvy and in their 60s is now trying to figure out how to send me a picture. How embarrassing!! I told the florist this was unprofessional. He started arguing with me thru text. I asked him multiple times to stop texting me as our transaction was done. He continued. I then get the picture and they do not match. No presentation, no filler flowers. It looks like I went to Costco bought flowers and put them in a vase I had at home. I asked the florist if he can do something about the price as the whole experience has been bad and the flowers are not what was ordered. He continued to argue at me and try to explain his history as a florist. Finally he offered to reduce the price by 27$ he then explained that it cost him $79 total to make and deliver the flowers. Suggest we meet in the middle and I would pay him $100 as that would cover fees and taxes. he said he would talk to me about it later. The next day I went into work and my coworker said some drunk old man came to my house last night and TOOK THE FLOWERS BACK. Are you F**king kidding me!!!! I am so embarrassed I will be rejecting the charges with my card company.

My father recently passed away, and a friend of our family ordered flowers from All My Love "Fresh" Flowers and had them delivered to my mother.A beautiful arrangement, but some of the white roses were browning upon delivery, and now most of the white roses are browned after less than 24 hours.As I stood by watching when my mother called the shop to humbly explain what happened, in less than 15 seconds, the owner blamed her and said she has the heat set too high in her house and hung up on her.This shop on Ming Avenue & South H is a poor and unsafe area. You're more likely to witness a drug deal or a shooting in this parking lot before you would find fresh flowers here.The shop is filthy and lacking in inventory, and the owner is simple, thick, arrogant and rude.I don't know why anyone would choose this shop with so many better options in Bakersfield.This owner just treated my mother -- a newly grieving widow after married for 55 years -- with total disrespect.Do not waste your precious time and hard-earned money at All My Love "Fresh" Flowers.No love. Not fresh. Not nice.This man needs to realize that some mothers have big, strong, protective sons with anger issues.PS~ Fernando F's review is a fraud. I'd give zero stars if I could, aggressively toned "business man" Up charges 400% on the flowers, I worked for a florist I'm aware of wholesale cost and this company is completely ripping people off, he'll scream at you, while his family of employees sit and stare at you because they're obviously afraid of him. This business is a complete waste of your time. Do not buy from here. Find someone who enjoys what they do if you'd like to buy flowers that are actually put together with love. This is clearly a man who wants to monopolize something delicate and from the heart. By all means that's fine but don't do it when people aren't working and are just trying to get flowers to their loved ones in the midst of economic devastation. An absolutely horrendous experience. Do not use this business, under any circumstances. Long story short, My wife's grandma passed away and a family friend ordered flowers for the service. Somehow the old man that I'm assuming owns the business got my wife's cell phone number and left a very confusing voicemail. My wife called him back and he complained about someone else being rude to him and him being frustrated about this flower order. My wife gave him my mother in laws phone number. He then called my mother in law. Apparently there was some confusion about the type of the flower (which she didn't order but I guess was going to receive them) anyways the conversation ended with the old man yelling at my mother in law and hanging up on her (yes the same mother in law who just lost her mother). The old man cancels the order, these particular flowers did not make there way to the viewing or the funeral. Fine, remember we didn't order the flowers we are just the recipients. Then this guy has the nerve to call my Wife again after the funeral and wants the flowers back, claiming he delivered the flowers and the original person that ordered the flowers cancelled the order. If you work at this business then I would suggest you work somewhere else because this place isn't going to make it.

You guys, these bad reviews are real! My brother and mom sent me flowers for my birthday and had nothing but trouble. Horrible service and poor quality. My card was not handwritten - they cut out the printed message and did a crappy tape job to the card. Sloppy sloppy sloppy! They don't even deserve one star. Please do yourself a favor and use someone else or even get flowers at Costco!

If you want day old flowers, want to be yelled at and hung up on this is the place for you! You'll get a confusing voicemail and try to call the business back only to find that it's the owners cell phone and he doesn't answer. Then he'll call you back, talk over you, ignore your requests only to do what he wants, and interrupt you to and yell "let me finish!" Oh and your enthralling experience doesn't stop there. You'll get a call back where as soon as you answer it's just the owner yelling in your ear. Super fun time. I got lectured on why he isn't rude, it was a good laugh. He also refused to tell me what he did with the flowers after my mom didn't answer the door. He only told AFTER he was done explaining all the reasons of why he wasn't rude and that I don't know the area ( I do). He's a mental case. Had these flowers ordered through Teleflora. I complained to them and after several emails back and forth I got my full refund. DONT USE THIS FLORIST OR TELEFLORA. Teleflora is aware of what a D bag this guy is and continue to partner with him.

No stars at all for this florist. Ordered through flower pros and this florist apparently received the order. When the man who works at this establishment and owns it " Charle" called me to let me know that my flowers were not going to be delivered same day to the person that I ordered them for, I told him that's fine however the same day delivery fee need to be reimbursed to me then. At this point he started yelling at me and telling me that his driver has school and they have one truck etc.. well he goes on blurting absured things and when I let him know I was at work he yelled at me and said " oh you don't have time for me" and hung up. Many more things were said by him during that conversation however unfortunately that's not even the worse part. I called flower pros to ask to file a complaint and to switch my florist since I was concerned that the flowers I ordered were not going to be put together Nicely now . They were very nice and set me up with a new florist. This man TEXTED ME on my cell phone and went off on me. I was astonished that he was texting me to yell at me because they switched my florist. I didn't not text back nor ever call him back. I blocked his number. Flower pros insisted that they will be suspending his account with them and have filled a complaint. This owner is literally crazy! I don't know how there flowers are but the owners customer service is border line harassment! Be ware!

I didn't even have my order delivered to my sister for her birthday because the person RUDE OLD MAN did not have my sisters phone number?! He called me saying it was an issue that he couldn't deliver because he needed her phone number? How is this an issue? JUST DELIVER THE FLOWERS TO THE DOOR STEP!!!! Now reading reviews I'm si k to my stomach! I can't believe this florist is still in business there's not one single positive review! Not ONE!
