Called this company late in the day, they arranged for the tow to their location, and proceeded to fix my transmission problem quickly. They are very knowledgeable, professional & coureous. I highly recommend them for your transmission service needs.

I looked at the Yelp reviews and called this place first regarding an issue I have with my transmission. I just called them to see whether they could help me, and shared as best I could recite what the dealer told me. I really appreciate their honesty - they told me that to replace a tranny in my particular car would be too expensive. He suggested contacting Quality Transmission as to whether they might have a used part to save me money.They were so helpful and honest, much different than when I go to the dealer. I usually get quoted something small, and then get called back to say something is thousands and thousands of dollars. With my next car, if I need to get a transmission replaced, I definitely will come back here. They have a great yelp score for a reason!

We were on our way to Albuquerque from San Jose when we got off to get gas. We noticed the transmission was slipping. Before we knew it we realized we needed to replace the transmission. We went to three shops and called another two before finding All Automatic Transmission. We talked with them telling them what was going on. We walked in at 3:00 pm. They pulled the car into one of their 22 bays, dropped the transmission pan and showed us all the metal and very dark fluid. Yes, we were sad but relieved we did not break down in the middle of the desert with no cell service. I asked if they had the transmission in stock and we walked into the shop with Garrett and sure enough they had a rebuilt one on their shelf. We also needed a torque converter, but Danny, the owner was able to get one. We were in shock that we were driving out at 6:00 pm. Yes, it only took 3 hours from the time we arrived to the time we left. The next day, just as we arrived in Albuquerque, we received a call. It was Joel, asking if we arrived safely. Wow! What great customer service. Thank you all at All Automatic Transmission! You made it possible to get us back on the road in only 3 hours. Special shout out to Joel, Go Giants! LOL (we are happy for you that the Dodgers made it to the World Series and we are rooting for them).

They are the best! so helpful, nice, follow up is great. I took my car in for a leak and there was no charge for just checking it out. you will not be disappointed if you go here! you are in great hands!

After struggling with a road trip that involved a shaking car and at most 40-50 mph, I managed to get the vehicle, a Honda Odyssey, into All Automatic Transmission. I thought I knew what was wrong and they listened. Next day they completed their diagnosis which was nothing I had considered. They advised me of the necessary repairs and explained what they had discovered and what had been checked. They provided a quote and I approved. Frankly it was far less than I had imagined. They provided a 2 day timeline which required obtaining the parts. Ahead of schedule by one day the car was repaired and tested by them. All was well with the Honda and I happily picked it up early in the morning. Their process from intake to output of a fully repaired vehicle was exemplary. This is an honest to goodness asset to the community and a great team of customer oriented persons who know just what they are doing and able to cut through the typical cloudiness of automotive repair. I can highly Reccomended them to anyone. These are people I can trust,completely.

This place is awesome! I have been looking for Transmission pan/ filter combo that is specific for my truck and all I could find was a low quality after market pan for $287+shipping.I called Joel at All Automatic Transmission and he helped me out by ordering the OEM Transmission pan for $180 out the door and had it delivered the next day. How did he do this, I don't know? But it saved me a tone of time and money. Thank you Joel!You have for sure earned my business by saving me time and money.

Honesty, Great Customer Service & Great Expertise.Drove from LA to Bakersfield for nephews high school graduation. The transmission wouldn't get out of 2nd gear after arriving. Being so far from home & dealing with the problem was extremely nerve wrecking. I searched online for transmission shops & All Automatic Transmission was one of many in the area. I took my vehicle into the Mosasco location. I was greeted by Larry. He took some information & did a diagnostic on my vehicle. He let me know what the problem could be. I asked him for a worse case scenario of having the transmission rebuilt. He quoted me what I consider a great price of $2,950.00. I know for some people that might not be a great price. But I've dealt with aamco about 6 years ago & their price was almost twice that, I was expecting to pay way more due to inflation.I left my vehicle at the shop in the morning with the expectation of not getting it back for at least a week. Later that day I get a call from Larry letting me know my vehicle was ready. With the cost only being $150.00. I was beyond ecstatic. They found the problem right away & resolved same day. Many other shops would've claimed the problem was more extensive & easily have charged me over $500.00. I feel very fortunate to have found the All Automatic Transmission website & experience their high level of expertise & customer service. "Thank you" seems to not be enough for how I feel.
