1st time I went in, I was told they didn't have a nail tech... as I was new in town & now I'm not, find out the same techs (plural) have been there for years. Went in again thinking maybe there was some mistake & asked for appointment was told there weren't any for weeks.... AS THE TECH WAS DOING HER OWN NAILS

The good vibes and happy energy of this place make it a delight to go in and get your hair done or your nails done or a pedicure! Full service and full customer service from any of the gals here. I will keep coming back!

I've been coming here for a few years now. All the ladies are so friendly and helpful, but my #1 gal is Chong. Chong is a total hoot, so funny and makes sure I'm happy and if not she's stated I could come back and she'd fix it. I had my hair highlighted today and I am beyond extactic. I also had an extra conditoning done for $20. Can't remember what it's called but my hair is so soft and healthy feeling. I'm a slacker and don't come back as often as I should but she's the only one that does my hair. Highly recommend. They also do pedicures and manicures in the shop.

I went in asking for highlights. I had my hair highlighted one time more that 10 years ago. I explained that I wanted it to look natural. I did not explain well enough because she bleached my hair and it is now bleached blonde instead of light brown. She did a good job with the thickness of the layers, but the color is not at all what I wanted. I liked the cut when she first did uy, but she started adjusting it after she dried and flat ironed it now I don't like it, I had to ask her to stop. I should have been more specific in what I wanted, but not having any experience I didn't really know. If you go here, be really specific about what you want. I'm getting married soon and I just wanted some definition, now I need to get it fixed.
