Airport Drive-In

One of my favorite places to eat during my lunch ..always hot an full of flavor ..The place is small more like a drive thru but there is tables to eat an sit down an enjoy ur meal ..service is good an always friendly ..if ur by the area give it a shot !

At first glance, the building doesn't look so good. It's a little burger shack placed in a not-so-pretty part of Oildale. I'm not one to judge a book by its cover, so I decided to give them a try. They're basically a frosty king.. they have the same menu. The employees that work here are very nice! If you order from here, be prepared to wait a few minutes, they make your food upon ordering. No cold fries and their always seasoned well! They have crushed ice which is a plus for me! My only complaint is they have brisk and not freshly brewed ice tea :(

Just picked up a quick meal and it was great!!! Very good burger and a generous serving of fries at a fair price. Looking forward to the next time!!

This is the closest mom pop shop close to where I live. I live in the Northwest and is a straight shot to it. I'm glad its not too far into Oildale. They have a variety of stuff. The people that work here are great. My kids always want and like their cheese sticks and root beer floats. They have a variety of burger combos also. I come here once a week and love their food and drinks.

Awesome burgers and crispy fries. This place is a mom and pop style drive in. Been here a few times and have never been disappointed.

This is a tiny cinder-block shack that we spotted on our way out of Bakersfield two years ago. We have a fondness for such places, and this one didn't disappoint. In fact, it may have set the standard.Great corn dogs, great fries. The corn dogs are everything a corn dog should be, and the fries are hot, salty, and crisp on the outside while fluffy and soft on the inside. No idea what else is good because we aren't on this route often enough for me to branch out beyond the known quantity. But if I get really adventurous (and am willing to miss the corn dog), I may get the shrimp.There are parking spaces and a couple of picnic tables out front, and it really is a drive-in, although we've always parked and then eaten in the car.
