Ahi Hawaiian BBQ

I love coming here it's been a few years now and they never fail me! The food is always delicious and service is great.

OMG... I'm not posting this because of someone upsetting me or in any kind of vengeful manner, this literally is a safety issue..!!!!!! The picture I'm posting is of this lady getting a scrub brush from the counter right behind her and walking into the restroom with gloves on and cleaning the restroom.. I'm literally disgusted because the brush didn't look new so I seriously don't know!! She immediately went in the back so I don't know what she did with it but I'm scared

I went here yesterday night after work. Got a BBQ mixed plate with Spam musubi. The food was delicious. Service was lovely. As soon as I walk in the woman working the register was really polite and said welcome before the door closed. She greeted with a smile and was very kind and attentive fo my order. It was calm and quiet in the restaurant. The food was very affordable. Next time I'm trying the shrimp.

This review is based on the bbq chicken/short ribs combo and cheese wontons.Overall, I was very impressed! I really wanted some Ono's but there isn't any in town so I was hoping Ahi was just as good. I was so happy that the short ribs were tender and juicy! The bbq chicken was decent but didn't taste fresh and it was a little dry.The cheese wontons are good. I would order again just for the short ribs!I ordered via door dash so I didn't have any issues waiting and it came so fast!

I was craving some Hawaiian BBQ, and decided to check out a local spot here in the AV area. My sister wanted me to try this spot particularly because it is one of her guilty pleasures and the portions/taste here is amazing. She's been here a couple of times. It was my first time coming, and I love how they have COVID protocols in place. The cashier and the front counter has a clear plastic barrier in place. The sauces were available in single packets, however certain sauces were unfortunately not already packed like the hot sauces. If you feel comfortable, they do have the small containers you can use to pour the hot sauce. Ordering here was fast and efficient. We came here around 12ish during the weekend. We got our meal in less than 20 minutes, and bounced back to my place. My sister and I ordered the #3 BBQ Mix and the #4 Seafood Mix. The portion was a bit disappointing because they skimped out on giving out more of the entree. The #3 BBQ Mix wasn't too obvious though because they did provide 3 meats of each, and the pieces were big. However... the #4 Seafood Mix was a completely opposite. They really gave me soo little meat. Some of the pieces they gave were so small like the size of a nugget from McDonald. It did not look like the picture on display on their menu. I was expecting bigger pieces but everything about this meal was lackluster. Also, wanted to express some concerns over the food burning through the plastic container. If you look at the picture attached, the #4 Seafood Mix show that the plastic container looks melted. That's not safe. I would recommend they put a foil wrap because I have seen certain restaurant do that with their fried food. This would prevent the burning. Anyhow, the food was decent and the portion was lackluster. I'll have to come and give them a try next time again because my sister vouches that I probably caught them at a bad time. Hopefully my next experience will be better.

Da kine Best Hawaiian bbq in Lancaster/Palmdale area. Good prices and friendly staff. Spam musubi is good but a little pricey @$6 but larger than its L&L counterpart. Split the combo w your partner and you'll be full but not stuffed. Eat it all yourself and then take a long nap.

Amazing food for cheap price. Every time I went here, I like to place an order beforehand. They were always ready in 15 minutes as promised. I wouldcertainly recommend Katsu Curry!

Super delicious and very reasonable prices! We just moved to Palmdale and were looking for a local Hawaiian bbq spot.
