I have been seeing Dr Emmanuel Strategos for a number of years. I appreciate his willingness to take the time required to address whatever health issues are being reviewed. I appreciate his professionalism, knowledge and interest in caring for the individual. Dr. Strategos offers practical and pragmatic advice in helping me to remain healthy. His staff are professional, efficient and pleasant.

I have been a patient of Dr. Emmanuel Strategos and PA Amy Betancourt since I was 18 years old. I highly recommend this Primary Care and trust everyone there. I feel comfortable from the minute I walk in the door to the time of my exit, because I know I am in good hands. The entire staff is always friendly and helpful, and the doctors are easy to talk to and are always understanding. I have had some battles with anxiety and vertigo spells, and Dr. Strategos and Amy have listened to all of my concerns and provided me with answers and recommendations for specialists or medicines that have help me live my life. Dr. Strategos and his practice is truly a blessing and I could not recommend an office more than I do, and my entire family is in agreement that we could not be in better hands! Since they moved offices, the receptionists have changed. A women named Sarah at the front desk was incredibly rude, insensitive and treated me different then the older patients. She seemed to be so sweet, as long as you are old. She said to me "he needs to see his regular patients first" I said "I am a regular patient"..She treated me like a walk in and I've been waiting over an hour after my appointment time. Definitely missing the receptionists at the old office on stockdale. I don't appreciate being treated less than, because of my age and how I look.

I needed an internist, so a friend of mine referred me to see one of the Doctor at this place. I called them, was told that the Doctor is not taking new patients anymore. So, they referred me to another Doctor. I could be seen in 3 days! I made that appointment, and on the day of the appointment I was seen within a reasonable waiting time. I was very pleased with an overall experience. Highly recommend this place!

Dr. Stephen Strategos and staff are amazing! This medical office has been taking care of my medical needs for a very very long time. Even though they have moved to their own facility and the family business has expanded; the medical team continues to be expectionally caring, devoted, loving, and humble. I am blessed to be part of this family. Thank you doctors and staff.

After a year away due to insurance changes, my husband and I were thankful to be back under the care of Dr. Stephen Strategos. Dr. Stephen keeps himself educated on the latest medical information, listens carefully to his patients, consistently reviews the medical record for any needed procedures, explains the results clearly, and treats his patients with kindness. His medical background also leads to more accurate and informed diagnosis. I've noticed the difference with a few issues that were just passed over by the HMO doctor I saw last year. In addition, Amy Bettencourt is a very capable PA who works closely with Dr. Stephen Strategos, so the care is consistent. Staff have been excellent in handling orders and making sure that referrals are handled appropriately. My mother has also received excellent and kind care under Dr. Miriam Rizkalla, who joined the practice a few years ago.

This is Barbara snow I saw Dr Liberty Fordham and she was just terrible she gave me a EKG and didn't put down that I had a pacemaker and I needed this here pre-op so bad because my appointment was in like 4 days and she told me that I was having a heart attack she told my daughter also I was having a heart attack and didn't even call 911 didn't do anything but send me out made appointments for me for 2 weeks for a cardiologist at their facility and did not send a pre-op okay for my surgery in time I went to my cardiac doctor I told her she said I should turn them into the the business office and she said that they did not put down that I had a pacemaker to do the EKG which he was supposed to do and that's why it showed that I was having a heart attack but you waited the appointment was for 2 weeks for the cardiologist I could be dead by then if that was the case terrible terrible service didn't even accomplish a damn thing wasted my time and they want me to get on here I don't have a computer so I can't get in touch with them like they would ask me to to fix this

I was directed to Dr.Amolika Mangat when my own doctor retired. I found her impatient and uncaring. She never made eye contact with me at all - but seemed preoccupied with her computer. When I tried to explain my reason for the visit and ask for my prescriptions to be refilled, she said she would not refill two medications that my previous doctor had prescribed. I tried to explain how much one of those prescriptions had helped me, but she dismissed my words with a wave of her hand and told me if i wanted a bio identical hormone prescription I could find a different doctor. I had a couple more issues I'd wanted to discuss, but she stood up and walked out, apparently deciding my visit was over. I will definitely take her advice and find another doctor - one who has a more patient and caring attitude.

Dr. Emanuel Strategos has been my doctor for several years and I couldn't be more pleased with him and his assistants. I don't wait long in the waiting room for anything, very pleased.
