Contacted Advanced Plumbing because are water heater was leaking. Carmen was friendly and helpful from the moment she answered. She scheduled time for a technician to come out and check our situation. Brock came out and sure enough the water heater needed to be replaced. He was patient as I talked with my husband and then made arrangements to come out the next day and install a new tankless water heater. Another tech came out to assist Brock and put in our heater in approximately 2 hours. They were friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They even registered our new heater for us. My husband and I were pleased with the service and promptness of Advanced Plumbing. We would definitely recommend them.

They provided me with updates of how the installation of a Tankless water heater would be placed. Being included gave me reassurance of having hired the right company.Inspection of all pipes and test running the Tankless all was perfect. Advanced Plumbing was one of the closest highly rated plumbers in my area on Yelp. I was about 99% sure I had a slow leak and that it was getting to the point it needed to be fixed before damage was done. I called the business right at closing time. They utilize an answering service so they have someone answer always in case of emergency call outs. Sometimes answering services are a little rough to deal with, I figured since mine wasn't an emergency it would be a "call back tomorrow" deal, but they happily offered to book me an appointment for the next day.The appointments are in a 2 hour window which is nice that you aren't waiting around all day. The next day, we had our plumber arrive just a few minutes after the window. I showed him the spot I figured there was a leak and he was in agreement. He gave me a range of what costs may be like depending on what he found when he got up in the attic and we agreed. I figured it would be another appointment to get it fixed, but he was like nope I'm ready to go! He climbed up and it didn't take too long to fix because it ended up being a small leak. He showed it to us on the phone but also, we got to see the leaky pipe evidence when he cut it out and brought it down to ground level after everything was fixed. We were super pleased with service from start to finish on everything. I would easily recommend this company again to anyone needing a plumber in Bakersfield.

We had advanced out to clear a plugged line that was causing our bathroom and kitchen unusable. They were quick to respond and sent a Knowledgeable technician to take care of us. The service we were provided was excellent and if we ever need plumbing again, advanced is who we will call!!!

In trying to do a home repair myself, I had a couple components of my toilet break. Within 30 minutes of calling Advanced Plumbing, they sent someone out who was able to replace and fix everything within an hour for a reasonable cost! I highly recommend!

I had a set appointment to repair a faulty water heater with another company but they dropped the ball and were not going to show up. I ended up calling Advanced Plumbing Service. Daniel came out on short notice to help. He was honest and professional. Ultimately, I decided to have the heater replaced. The cost of the replacement was less expensive than other quotes that I received. I will definitely reach out to them in the future for my plumbing needs.
