Advanced Industrial Electronics

I can't speak highly enough about Robert Fowler and Angel Butterick of Advanced Industrial Electronics and Westchester TV Service. They were responsive and reliable. They gave me a 1-hour window for arrival (instead of the usual 4- to 6-hours I get from most companies). They arrived early on their first visit and within the timeframe on the second. When a part was missing to repair my aunt's Tempurapedic mechanic bed and the company couldn't supply it, they actually built a replacement part. This is a wonderful company that I wouldn't hesitate to refer people to.

Absolutely horrible service. Took 15 days to do nothing, would call to check on my items for repair, would not answer and call would go to a full inbox. Never called to inform of a pickup and at the end of all that, could not fix anything. None of my items were repaired and was also very rude. No way to run a business.
