I stopped by yesterday afternoon to schedule an MRI and X-ray. They took my information and got me scheduled for this morning. This is not my first time here and they always ask customers to fill out a form on how the service was.I have to edit my review since I've been here for 2 hours and 20 minutes and am still waiting for the X-ray.

This place is an absolute mess. I arrive 25 minutes before my appt and get given a large stack of paperwork. I sit down to fill it out and in reading see information about sticking needles in places they did not need to go and when I questioned the front desk the girl replied "that doesn't apply to you" so why do I have it and why am I signing it? Next, they lost my orders. They were unable to find them while I was there. My paperwork indicated I need a low back MRI with and without contrast. I was not told this prior to my appointment. The room was cold and the tech was short. He sent me into the machine, took the pictures, pulled me out, stuck me 6 times to give me the contrast dye and was unsuccessful in hitting a vein. Apparently I should have been told to hydrate and not work out as it made me "dehydrated" not sure how that's possible when I drink over 100oz of water every day, but whatever. Ultimately I left without contrast pictures. It's been 3 weeks and my Dr still doesn't have images. I am driving 2.5 hours to pick them up. I've had to call multiple times to ensure the disc is even ready and as of this review it still isn't! I'm supposed to pick it up tomorrow! Total lack of organization and communication and sub or staff that isn't willing to do their job.

I had an MRI on my leg yesterday and it was one of the worst experiences of my life. The Tech instructed me to take my pants off and then motioned for me to enter the general area in my underwear and left me standing half naked for 10-15 min before telling me where the gowns were. Then proceeded to put my legs in a very uncomfortable position with heavy weights on my ankles. I have a freshly torn ACL and was in agony. I tried so hard to hold still but was crying. He would not redo the MRI and I do not know yet if my Dr. will be able to use it or if my insurance will pay for another one. I walked out of there heartbroken. I came for help so I can get a surgery and not be crippled for the rest of my life and they just made every thing worse. Drive however long it takes to go somewhere else.

Don't go here! The secretaries are too lazy to update your address or even bother to put in a phone number. So when they send you a bill and you don't pay it because you never received it they'll just send you to collections and take a nice hit on your credit! Thanks a lot AIC!

This place is no good. They tried to tell me I didn't need a prior authorization for my MRI. Wrong. My insurance company required it. Then after I coordinated that and showed up for my MRI appointment, they had lost my appointment and double booked. When I tried to reschedule their system had gone down. Then I called later. Got it scheduled. Went in for my second try at the MRI. The gal in the front says, "You know that's going to be $100, right?" How about this. You tell me in advance there is a fee/copay. I got my prescription back and went over to RRH. No more problems.

Have gone by the office twice at different times of day to see if my insurance is accepted, but it is not open. Knocked on the door and no answer, I also tried calling and got no answer. Are they out of business? I went to Ridgecrest hospital's imaging center and got approval for my exam the same day. Don't waste your time with Advanced Imaging Center.
