This place is amazing and has such a huge selection of items . If you're looking for that random part for a repair project, they probably have it. Staff is always helpful and know the in and outs of the store. 5 stars for sure!!!

You may not be able to find what you want here, but the employees will walk you right to what you need. A lot of stuff in storage containers out side. They definitely have everything you might need, just ask. They also do special orders. Great service and locally owned.

Where else could you go on any day, tell someone in the store that your puppy is lost out in the desert and Kelly gets a friend with an airplane, leaves the store, goes up in the air and searches for and finds the pup? Waaaay beyond 'service'!So that is how it is. Best place to get 'stuff' within 150 miles. No joke. Herb, Kelley, Rhonda, Mona and Sal and Lord knows all the others as well. A true 'no questions asked' place if you're not satisfied. If they ain't got it, you probably don't need it! Also, they know just about everyone in the 'trades' that can help you get things done. Waaaaay out in front of the local 'big box' store which is lower cost and LOWER QUALITY. Gateway is, and has always been, higher quality. Been doing business with 'em for over twenty years now. Herb has Everything. That is well known to all his regular customers as well as Home Depot employees who, when they didn't have it, said "Herb probably does" - and Herb always does! Today I looked on line for a double door for a manufactured home's exterior furnace and water heater compartment. Even the on-line manufacturers of Mobile home parts didn't have anything close. I stopped short of having custom doors made for $1500 and called Herb. He said "I think I have a couple of sets of those double doors in the back someplace". I had a handyman measure the opening and go to see if Herb's doors would fit. $150 bucks later we have new doors! Once again my "Herb has Everything" saying proved correct! He also sells farm fresh eggs and if you want to grow your own: chickens, chicken scratch and chicken wire. And if you don't want to build your own chicken pen, yup, he even sells urban chicken houses! Herb has Everything!

If you are looking for a fancy store with perfectly lined shelves this place is not for you. They are overloaded by product and could probably fill a store twice the size of what is there. It says hardware store but it is so much more than that. They have feed and medicine for your animals and all the necessities for maintaining your land if you need fencing etc., hardware and tools, swamp coolers, oil for your car, household supplies, and much much more. If you need something you can probably find it here or if by some miracle they don't have what you need they can usually order it and get it very quickly.

Amazing country hardware store that literally has everything you can imagine. Helpful & friendly staff (especially Herb the owner), great service.

They have everything that other stores don't, including Home Depot. They know their hardware, plumbing, electrical, feed, and water well and tank components. They also carry large pipe fittings and pipe 2" up.

If you can't find it, there is someone who will find it for you. If they don't have it, they will do their best to get it for you. How can you beat that? I imagine, it could even be there by the very next day - perhaps I'm just optimistic, but it seems like their attitude is that no effort is too much or too difficult to put forth to help you find whatever you are looking for (within reason) and anything less than their absolute best - for you, the customer standing right there in their store, is not an effort worth shootjing for. These are the peeps who make this Ace like the old school mercantiles and general stores of yesteryear - friendly and effecient - without a doubt the kind of help you were looking for.
