I was plagued with constant blue screen of death but they were able to diagnose and educate me on what was causing. I didn't even get charged, I can't tell they lookout for people in their community.

I have this Lenovo laptop that's by far the best laptop I've ever had. I was shocked one day when the hinges failed without warning and I couldn't open or close the screen rendering it no longer portable. After talking with another local technology company I was told to go buy a new laptop as this one was non-repairable. I called Dion at Ace Computer Guy, he asked me for the make and model number of my laptop and said he'd get back to me after doing a little research. Within a day or two he had sourced the parts I needed and in about a week they had the parts and the service repair was completed within one business day of me dropping off the unit by their in house specialist Jaren who performed the repair with expert care. Great service at a fair value. 5 Stars for Ace Computer Guy and their team of experts who aren't afraid of taking on what others won't.

My Dell laptop was aging out. It was running on Windows 8 (in 2023) and the current OS is Windows 11. It was also slow to power up. Generally it was hit the power, go get a cup of coffee, start a load of wash and it might be through powering up.. They upgraded the OS, installed a new ssd Drive and it works better than new. Excellent service, I walked in there and my pc was fucked to shit, had built it myself, wires were a mess, thing wouldn't let me enter the bios, but dudes took that bad boi off my hands and worked a miracle. Took em 3 days to slay the mighty beast that was my ass fucked PC but they managed. They also cleaned up my shit wires and made that hoe look nice and clean. Staff was also obsequious and very knowledgeable.

Did what I expected in getting computer running again without any data loss. Did take a little longer than expected, several days.
