Accurate Smog

Went in for a Smog Check required for my registration renewal. I was in and out of there in under 30 minutes. Super quick service and very friendly staff. Altogether, it was only around $65 or so (somewhere around there) -- definitely good value. I'd come again, if ever needed in the future.

First time customer, but definitely felt like an old friend! Gorgeous blond at the counter is a sweetheart and very courteous. Was very honest about services.Dealership needed a smog check to pass to the DMV, though she informed that smogs aren't needed for newer cars less than 8 year. Still needed it for a DMV approval unfortunately. Her waiting room was cool (beating this heatwave) and calm. She was very prompt in assisting customers and the technicians were quick with providing my smog information.I used a Groupon and only had to pay for the certificate. Would definitely return, was in and out hassle-free.

Worst place to go if you care about your vehicle. Besides the over priced services they take terrible care of your car. They left my car unlocked and windows down after they left it out in the parking lot. Not only did they leave it completely open. My car had been gone through. Nothing that I can see was stolen. But someone was definitely nosey enough to go through everything inside of the cab. Definitely would not recommend to anyone.The day after... Lisa called back to comment on my review...She made it clear that no one wanted anything from my car (agreed because I don't carry anything of value in my busted Altima, the principal was that someone went through it) and she did acknowledge that they did leave my windows down and left my car unlocked, ( she said she was under the impression someone was picking it up, even though I directly expressed that they keys only would be picked up by my disabled father for me to later get it.) She also had the gull to say I was dissatisfied due to me wanting a handout. I used a voucher from clean air California to have them work on my car for free(up to $500). And whatever else was out of pocket. But besides that they wanted to over charge me by $100 on a service which was roughly $400 out of pocket. Which I thought was unfair. So I took it to another mechanic which did the exact same service and fixed everything else for $300 flat. Had my car back within 4 hours. So beware when someone uses emotions instead of doing their job. Things get messy and petty quickly...

I recently moved sides of town and was nervous about finding a new place to smog on my side of town and Accurate Smog and Auto Repair was amazing! They were so helpful and quick. I felt very welcomed. They stop taking cars at 4 pm but they squeezed me in because they could tell I was nervous/desperate. I will happily be back and refer others here!

This place closes at 5pm. Brought my car in at 4:03 pm. Didn't take my car in because last take in time is at 4pm. If you don't want to work past 4 close at 4pm. This is usually where I bring my car but not coming back. Walked out of there no problem if they don't want my money another shop will gladly take it. Went down the street to 1 stop smog and they gladly took my car. Was in and out in 10 minutes. Easy money for them. There are multiple shops on this street I recommend you choose any but this place. Hope the owner sees this review and talks to the people in the counter. Missing out on easy money. I know employees don't care they want to go home early but they could have had me in and out in 10 minutes it was barely 403pm. These employees are costing your company money .

Just took my 1980 CJ-7 to accurate SMOG. Same great friendly service as always. I have been coming here for years and will continue. Great shop.

I just picked up my vehicle from this place and let me tell you something. I was having problems getting my car to pass smog so the state gave me a voucher for $800 to go to any certified smog place to get my vehicle fixed. Out of several places I decided to go with Accurate smog. As soon as I called this place Lisa very nice lady helped me out. Really means a lot when they treat you sincere and with kinds words. From now on this will be my go to shop for any Smog related issues.

Got my smog done twice - absolutely recommend! Lisa is awesome as always. Quick, efficient, and keeps you updated throughout the entire process. 10/10

Brought in my 97 Jeep Wrangler for smog.Failed the first test.They referred me to a program available to assist with repair costs.Within 3 days my vehicle was repaired and smog passed by them.Highly recommend this shop.

I just had my smog test done ! I was stressed because I didn't pass needed to drive more to re set the computer! My battery was disconnected to be cleaned so everything had to reset! Didn't know this! Lisa at the front desk told me to drive more and it would reset! She was very nice about checking 3 or 4 times before trying to smog again! Very nice and fast!!!
