Came in a few weeks ago, I heard someone in the back talking to another person so I just waited and walked up and down looking at supplies. After a few mins I said hello, then raised my voice and no one came out. Went out back and no one was there so I just left. This is not the first time something similar happened here, after this time, I'll take my business elsewhere. I do not recommend this place.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACEThey gave my lawn mower (which was about 10months old) away to another customer and tried giving me that customer's lawn mower which looked to be about 3yrs old (tires were smooth from all the use) . I told them that one wasn't mine and they asked for my Repair Order I told them the mechanic didn't give me one because I was returning it because they didn't fix it the first time. The manager said they couldn't do anything without the Repair Order, the manager went into the shop and talked to the mechanic came back and said I wasn't in the system. I'm pissed at this point and tell him of course I'm not I told you that. He said couldn't do anything, I walked out and talked to the mechanic and he said he remembered me dropping it off and remembered he didn't give me a RO cause it was a return. I told the manager and he replied "do you have your repair order?" knowing I didn't, cause the mechanic had told him he didn't know he had to give me a RO for a return. Shady fucking place, there's more to the story, staff is not trained on how to handle this situation, very ghetto customer service.

I went in there a few weeks ago looking for some chemical to kill my weeds but not my grass. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and led me to what I needed to have. His name is Sebastian. The chemical was a little pricey but it worked way better than anything at Home Depot.

Simple review: STAY THE HECK AWAY!!! (And yes, I'm shouting here.) Took a simple chainsaw in for a new chain and a cleaning on 12/12. Easy enough, expect when I had to ring the bell for a service guy to come out of the back, and met with the 'don't ring the bell' look. Should've just left then. The guy named, "Cruz" seemed put out from there on. He took my info said he would call with an estimate the next day. Well, that day passed and a few more, I call him, which in its self took three tries via their automated phone system to be told the "parts aren't in and it might be a few more days". Frustrated, but fine I need my chainsaw tuned up. He calls back a few hours later and it's now done. I'm happy And head over to pick up. Here's where the massive negative review comes from... I'm given a bill for $101.00 for a new spark plug and air filter!!!! Said it didn't need a new chain. With that was two hours of labor cost! Not sure of the person doing this and the time it took, but two hours for a spark plug Is near criminal. Moreover, what actually upset me was I never got that call from Cruz with an estimate! Just over charged and smiled. I kid you not, he just looked at me like - Whatever!!! There is no way in God's green earth I would've paid $101 for a new spark plug and filter!!! So, stay away!!!! Stay far - far away!!!!I did speak to a General Manager but he just kind of shrugged his shoulders. Like that's their normal business MO.

People there are morons and slow took me 20 mins to get 4 chain links bc the guy couldn't type up the barcode number then some overweight rude lady w bright red lip stick started w attitude towards me when I asked if next Time I should go to the front desk not the part shop for questions about chain sizes.. place is a mess then they start being rude to the customer yeah I'll j order what I need off Amazon...

This business has fallen. I usually use their repair shop. They have been very professional and trusting over the years. The front desk staff has grown to be very unprofessional. My recent visit helped me realize to not return. I asked what was done to my hedge trimmer and what repairs I was being charged for, but they couldn't explain what repairs were done. I paid what they charged, but will not return. It's unfortunate since this was a very respectable business for years.

0n 2/8/23 I dropped my front throw lawn mower off to get the blade sharpened. The repair shop said it would be 3-4 weeks. I called to check on mower on 3/3 and 3/17. Both times they told me it should be be done in the next few days. I went to the shop on 3/18 to get my mower, ready or not. The guy asked me my name and reason my mower was there. Told him it was a Tru-cut . He said he had sharpened a few mowers. He said to follow him. We did a quick look inside and walked outside to look. He really didn't have a clue of where it was. Went back inside and found it along with several mowers. Doesn't look like they have any kind of order system. Why keep saying it would probably be done in the next few days. Something has changed with the lawn mower department. I've been going there since 2005 when I bought the mower and it always was done before the time they said. I left wondering who's is managing the place. I won't be back be back.

Took my lawn mower in for a service (blade sharpening, oil change, new chains) simple stuff. Was told it would be a week, which was fine. I told them that I would be out of town when it was scheduled to be done and pick up the following Monday. I called that Monday and was told they put it to the side because they thought I would be out of town that week. Was then told it would be done by Wednesday. Called the Thursday and was told service guy was sick for past 2 days. Trying to be patient but I'd rather pick it back up and do it myself. With what I've been told about the slow play on service on basic stuff to milk a higher fee, it's best to not deal with this place
