A Special Flair Party Supply and Rental

I am editing my review of "A Special Flair" of 6/8/2022. I called several times before placing the original review with not answer. On 6/9/22, though, Cameron from Special Flair did call me back and offered to credit me $90,00 for the over charge and for breaking my sprinklers. Thank you very much.

We've rented from here 2x. The first time without delivery and the second with delivery. Both experiences (years apart) were great. Great prices, service, and convenience.

The tables and chairs arrived on time as indicated, for our wedding weekend. The pick up was also , right on time. Great fun guys delivering. Very positive experience! Thank you!

Unfortunately, it is scary to sit on most of the chairs because they are not sturdy. Most of the visitors were afraid to sit down because the chairs they gave us were really old. You will hear a crackling sound and don't know if it will hold you through the night. I was trying to base on the stars that they get through Yelp, but I guess every experience would be unique and different. Still keeping some positive feedback that I had no problem with getting and returning the chairs back to them. :(

Lacy of A Special Flair did an amazing job with helping me design and create a backdrop arch for my wedding cake table at a reasonable price. I told her which fabrics and colors that I liked and she came up with the creation of a beautiful and elegant background arch made out of and off-white organza material. Plus, crystal broaches and strands of hanging crystals also came with the drapery design arch rental. She also special ordered a beautiful, light pink lace fabric that lay across my round wedding cake table. With the help of Lacy and A Special Flair, my wedding day at the Westlake Village Inn turned out gorgeous and exactly what I had imagined! My young nieces even had a great time dancing under and around the wedding cake arch during the reception. I recommend this business to everyone who wants their event to be elegant and extra special!

Great place wonderful customer service. I love to rent from here. Great party stuff I always get the cotton candy machine.

We used to use this place all of the time. I would actually give it more of 3.5 stars, but I round up. Theyre prices are not cheap. We actually found a different place that rented us tables for at least 2 or 3 dollars cheaper per table and half the price on chairs. Same stuff. What upset me, was one time I was there 10 to 5, I know, they close at 5. But they couldn't wait for me to leave that store, and right behind me, they closed the door and locked it. I felt very unwanted, like my business was more annoying than pleasure. So we changed venues. If you are a repeat customer, and you go before 5, you should be good.

They were amazing! I was able to reserve over the phone, but unfortunately we had a major set back and we were unable to pick up our tables and chairs. Special flair (Cameron and the driver) was able to accommodate us and schedule us for dma short notice delivery! They delivered and picked up on time. The driver was friendly and very professional! Thank you guys!

I rented several tables and chairs for Thanksgiving. Picking up the items went very smooth. On Thanksgiving Day, One table leg collapsed, and I was concerned I would be held liable for the table. Upon returning the table , the owner said it was no problem, and our transaction "was complete."I would highly recommend this rental business in the Antelope Valley. Most professional, and most appreciated, Special Flair Party rentals. Thank you.
