So unprofessional. Don't go here. I've heard terrible stories from people who tried to work here and dealt with really unprofessional behavior during the process. It's honestly embarrassing how they treat people.

Worst service ever when it comes to being in the office and professional. I had left a order of 10+ shirts to be done for work shirts, left all my info to be contacted. Said it would take up to 3 weeks, perfect! A month went by and no call, 2 months, 3 months... I contacted them several times and no word on them. I went down there and shirts were no where to b found! They said oh we'll find them and contact you. Nope. No call again. A year went by and still nothing. I really didn't care for the pints at this point, i Wanted my shirts back because of the cost on them. Till this day no call and nothing to be found. Ridiculous!!!

I've really tried to give these guys multiple chances but I've come to realize these guys might be good if you have a large order. If you have a small order, steer clear.I have a small company (6 people) but still want to look good. I've ordered shirts, jackets, sweaters and hats from these guys - in small quantity - and every single time there's a huge lag time and always errors on my orders. For example, i ordered 2 jackets as part of an order and i provided the logo and names to be embroidered. The logo looked rushed and the 2 names were I different fonts and different sizes. The hats i got were a different make than i ordered and the logo was fat from the approved design i gave them. Then they said they'd fix it and give me extra hats. They did fix it but never got any extra hats because they lost them. I get it. They're not making a ton of money from me but I'm still a customer and a human being and i expect to be treated like both.There's lots of other places in Bakersfield and i would recommend any of them over this place.

Purchased sign for association. Took awhile to get sign installed. In past 11 years , have purchased. Threes signs. Signs lasted ten years. Very good price. Stood up to the weather very well. Satisfied with the product. Thank you very much

Can't speak highly enough about the quality of work they did taking a wrap off my Sprinter Van. They gave a price, stuck to the price, and delivered the job on time. I'll be back soon to get another wrap...promise.

Waited weeks for work then they were given payment . They sat on my credit card for weeks it's a terrible way to do business credit cards are certainly not secure with them.Never again!!!!!

Would not recommend working hereI normally don't write reviews, but I'm pretty disappointed in the way I was lead on trying to apply for a job here. I was told I was qualified and my work was great and to go in and learn how to use their outdated program. I went in and noticed the vibe was dull and depressing, not a good way to represent yourselves when an applicant comes in. After taking time to figure out how to use their outdated software they told me that I could try it out on my own time. I did what I could to get this job. Was told to call back when I felt I was ready to work on something for them. I called everyday multiple times telling them I was ready to show them what I could do. They kept telling me that their wifi was down, okay sure things happen, no problem. They finally said to call back in the morning 4 days after the back and forth. I was motivated and ready to start. Then I get an email in the morning saying they found someone else‍. Then I asked myself, was there really a wifi outage? If you weren't going to hire me I'd prefer you tell me right there instead of wasting my time and leading me on. After seeing all the reviews on here it does make sense that confrontation is not their strength. Then I see later that they put the ad back up looking for another graphic designer, so I'm guessing it ddnt work out with the other guy they chose. Or maybe they're still looking, I don't know. This is really just a precaution for those of you that are wanting to apply and work here. Because I don't want someone to go through what I went through. I'm lucky that I have some support while I find another job but what if someone else was behind on bills and could barely pay rent. Would you just lead them on too? The job seemed easy but if you're working for people who make the job difficult I'd recommend you look elsewhere. I really didn't want to make a bad review about this but I thought about the others that might have to go through what I did and I really don't want that.I found another job that wasn't a graphic design position but they did not lead me on and hired me in the first interview. So I'm thankful that someone could help me out in my time of need.Also no one there was wearing a mask if that makes you feel safer.

Took my Honda in to get printed on the back window. They are awesome. I was helped quickly & they gave me exactly what I wanted and in a timely manner. I just dropped off an apron to be embroidered. Definitely one of my favorite shops. The customer service is incredible. Thanks again!
