My esthetician was really friendly and gave great customer service. The beginning of my hydrafacial cleaning felt rushed but she had no issue going back and making sure she included my entire face in the cleaning, 10/10 customer service. I had a peel and LED light as part of the deluxe facial. The second area where she was great was in correcting the pricing. She had given me the price of the facial at the beginning of the service for a deluxe facial. After we started with she asked if I usually do the neck/decollate as well to which I answered yes, however she did not tell me this was going to cost more. This varies between salons and where I usually get my hydrafacial it is all included. Thankfully, she was very professional and acknowledged this, however I was frustrated with the other front staff woman (on the right in their photo) who initially refused to adjust the price after the esthetician suggested to, and required discussion with that staff member all over again. Overall, I had a nice experience just made not as great with front staff. I also really support a medspa with a physician on staff, thank you.

First time at this MedSpa and it was a great. Front desk staff and nurse were very friendly and patient. The gladly answered all of my questions and concerns. I appreciated that they were forthcoming about pricing and gave different pricing package options for my needs.

Dr. Agarwal and her team are really amazing, friendly, and professional. I first experienced A La Mode with their knowledge aesthetician Dolly, and had a Red Carpet Peel & Light Therapy treatment. She was informative every step of the process and my skin was glowing after!I returned back for various lines of Restylane filler in my cheeks, under eyes, chin, jawline and lips, and Dysport (similar to botox but higher in neurotoxins). Dr. Agarwal was so knowledgeable about her treatment approach and explained her feedback during the consultation. She made sure I was comfortable and painless through the entire process. I'm so excited and in love with my results!
