I had a screw that looked like it was stuck in my brand new tire, right before a road trip. Came to A & L on a Saturday morning and was attended to right away. They drove my car into the bay and quickly discovered the screw was so small it had not punctured my tire. No patch was required and because of this, there was no charge. Thanks! You guys made my day!

I needed a brake rotor replaced, and a tire switched from one wheel to another.I got there in the afternoon. They didn't have the rotor in stock, so I told them I had already ordered one from O'Reilly Auto (1.3 miles away), and it should be in by that afternoon or early the next morning. They got me in right away the next morning, they said they'd go get the rotor from O'Reilly, and they were done with all the work by mid-late morning.I SUPER appreciate them getting to me so quick. I'm glad they're there. If I knew they were going to mark the rotor price up almost 60% from $105 to $166, I would've just made the 5 minute drive to pick it up myself. They should have let me know they were going to mark it up like that before they went to get it.Also, for the cumulative 30 minutes of work they did (I was there the whole time) over the couple of hours after they started on it, $240 is pretty steep. It is in a somewhat remote area, and places like that usually charge higher because they got ya in a no-choice situation .... but $480/hour!? Ooph. That kinda hurt.Summary: I'm glad they're there and took care of me pretty quick, it seems like they did good work on a pretty simple job, nice guys and they're pricey.

Outstanding service! We had a flat tire on our Tesla in the middle of the night. We parked the vehicle in front, called when they opened, and I drove away 30 minutes later. I was worried that this would cost me quite a bit of time and money and I was so relieved and thankful for their honest services.

Don't like to read or are impatient? I'll make it simple right off the bat. Go somewhere else. My Wife came here (I am disabled) (01-16-23) because we needed a rear tire. Naturally they say we need 2 and we listen. They replaced them ($368.58) and explain that we have a warranty for 60,000 miles. Just to let you know we are on a fixed income as I am legally disabled and my Wife stays at home to take care my myself and our Son. On 01-22-23 we needed to go down the hill for my Sons birthday he just turned 5 years old. We got to Adelanto when we had a blow out. I immediately pulled to the side of the road on the dangerous 395. We called Triple AAA and were sent to a ghetto tire shop in Adelanto and basically pay $50.00 for a semi bald tire. My Wife was happy that we had a warranty at A & L and we would surely be covered in a situation like this.We arrive the next day at A & L and my Wife speaks to a man who talks to the guy next to him; they asked if we had the old tire with us which we did. So the first man comes to the car with the other guy and they state we ran over something because there is a hole in the tire. Also they stated we drove on the flat tire. We did for about 50-75 feet to get off the highway and be safe. Am I supposed to stay in the middle of the highway? Remember this is the US 395, it is dangerous. They bring my Wife inside and state that the tire is not covered because we ran over something that popped the tire and we drove on a flat tire. He acts sympathetic and immediately tries to sell us another tire and we of course decline. We moved here last March and this is our first experience with bad customer service. We have a Ford F-150 that needs 4 new tires soon, needless to say we are never going back to A & L again. They are not a good representation of a Ma and Pop shop in a rural conservative area. Shame on A & L! Readers, thank you for your time and God Bless!

EWent in to get the front tire patched which led to having it replaced. I drive and park away from other cars to avoid any dings, dents or scratches and then when I come here the tech or whoever worked on it scratched my rim in several places while replacing the tire and in mean it's like a raccoon tried to crow bar it off They rushed the job and the damage shows. Would love to see how a Corvette owner would react to the handling of his wheels. Read those service agreements on how they aren't held responsible for accidents. ( I just washed the car I know it wasn't there earlier) Gonna go check if my lugs are tight now. And next time, use the donut and take the drive to Costco or any name brand store.

**Tire Trouble and Unexpected Journeys: A Comprehensive Review**It was a sunny Monday morning when my car's dashboard lit up with the low tire pressure warning. I had planned a road trip to Florida in a few weeks and wanted to ensure everything was in top condition for the journey. Little did I know, this minor inconvenience would lead me to the tire shop that would not only fix my tire but also spark reflections on my recent conversion from Judaism to Christianity. The tire in question was on my retail car, a sleek sedan that had served me well over the past few years. I had always taken pride in maintaining it meticulously. However, this was my first real encounter with a tire issue. After a quick inspection, I noticed a small nail lodged in the rear right tire. Aware of the potential risks of driving on a compromised tire, I decided to visit the nearest tire repair shop. The shop was a local, family-owned business known for its friendly service and reliable repairs. As I pulled into the parking lot, I was greeted by the owner, Mr. Johnson, a tall, affable man in his late fifties. His warm smile and firm handshake immediately put me at ease. He ushered me into the service area and assured me that they would take care of my car promptly. While waiting for the repair, I found myself reflecting on my upcoming trip to Florida. It was more than just a vacation; it was a pilgrimage of sorts, a way to celebrate my newfound faith. My conversion from Judaism to Christianity had been a profound and transformative experience. It wasn't a decision made lightly; it involved years of soul-searching, studying, and heartfelt discussions with friends and family. Florida, with its beautiful churches and serene beaches, seemed like the perfect place to reflect on my spiritual journey and reconnect with my faith.Back in the tire shop, the mechanics quickly got to work on my car. The shop had a cozy waiting area adorned with automotive memorabilia, old license plates, and framed pictures of satisfied customers. There was even a small bookshelf with a variety of magazines and books, including a well-thumbed Bible. It was a small touch, but it resonated with me deeply. I picked up the Bible and started reading the Psalms, finding comfort in the familiar verses.Mr. Johnson returned shortly to inform me that the nail had caused a small puncture, but it was nothing they couldn't fix. He explained the process of repairing the tire, from removing it from the rim to patching up the hole. His explanation was thorough yet easy to understand, reflecting his deep knowledge and passion for his work. I appreciated the transparency and the effort to keep me informed. As the repair progressed, we struck up a conversation. Mr. Johnson shared stories about his family's history in the tire business, how his father had started the shop over 40 years ago, and how he hoped to pass it on to his children. I, in turn, shared a bit about my life, my work, and my recent conversion. To my surprise, Mr. Johnson was also a man of faith, and we spent a good part of the wait discussing the intersections of our beliefs and life experiences. The repair was completed in about an hour. Mr. Johnson and his team had not only fixed the puncture but also checked the other tires, ensuring they were all in good condition. He even gave me a few tips on maintaining tire health and what to look out for in the future. As I settled the bill, which was surprisingly reasonable, I felt a sense of gratitude not just for the service but for the unexpected connection I had made.Driving away from the shop, I couldn't help but reflect on how a seemingly mundane errand had turned into a moment of profound significance. The tire shop had not only restored my car's safety but had also given me a chance to pause and reflect on my journey, both literal and spiritual. It reminded me of the importance of community, faith, and the small yet meaningful interactions that shape our lives. As I continued my preparations for the Florida trip, I carried with me the warmth of that morning at the tire shop. It was a reminder that life's interruptions can sometimes lead us to unexpected blessings. The repaired tire was a small but crucial part of ensuring a smooth and safe journey, much like faith and community are to navigating life's broader roads. In conclusion, my experience at the tire shop was more than just a routine car repair. It was a testament to the power of good service, human connection, and the unexpected ways in which our daily lives can intersect with our deeper journeys. If you find yourself in need of tire repair, I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Johnson's shop. Not only will you receive top-notch service, but you might also leave with more than just a fixed tire - perhaps a story, a connection, or even a moment of reflection.

I picked up a screw in the right rear tire of a Lexus RX and Ridgecrest was the first stop I could make for a repair. I dropped into A&L Tire and Service Centre, arriving at 7:10am. They removed the screw, patched the tire from the inside and had me on my way by 7:40am. All for a great price. The entire crew was professional and friendly. They even had a Keurig and a small dog to pet while I waited. Totally satisfied.
