760 Fitness

Not a true 24hr gym. Its a very well kept gym and inly gets busy when folks are off work and school. They have a kids area too and Ive never heard crying once! The music isnt the best (selection snd quality). Dbs go upto l which is great and they have a healthy free weight area benches and squat racks.

The 24/7 Access is exactly what I needed when I transferred here for work. Staff was amazing and very helpful

I was in town visiting relatives over the holidays and was able to purchase a 1-week pass so I could use the facility while in town. That itself was great and reasonably priced. The facility was spacious and had ample equipment. I rarely had to wait to use a machine and if I did, there were plenty of options available. Everything was clean, the equipment was high quality, and the staff and patrons were friendly. I'll certainly try to purchase another pass when I'm back next year.

Nice gym. All the staff is very nice. The atmosphere is great, especially for a female that was new the regular gyms. The fees and commitments are clear when you sign up and very affordable. Hours are also great , 24 hours during the week making 4 am workouts ideal. Highly recommend.

Had my gym membership here for 4 months or so, the reason it was 4 months and not 3, was because they have a lock-in tactic. When you sign up you are not notified that in order to cancel your membership you need to give a months notice, that means if you pay for the first month and don't cancel at the same time, you must pay for the following month as well. So if you only need the membership for 3 months, make sure to cancel on the 2nd month. I've never experienced this kind of lock-in tactic before. Just a bummer not being notified of this at sign up. Gets two stars for me. Their saving grace is that the equipment was mostly nice, minus the ABB machine that squeaked like crazy and lack of clean wipes for the machines.

The price is worth it, if your in town for a short time. It is a big open gym with plenty of equipment. Best gym for the price. And staff is awesome

Tough review to write, because the gym and staff/management are really great...but the billing company they use commits card fraud. This billing company sniffed out a card number attached to our account that we did not share or give consent to charge and started charging our membership dues to it. I have no idea how they found it, but they did this after the original card was deactivated due to fraudulent charges...now we know where they likely came from. The membership it charged for was not past due - the billing company simply saw that the card had been deactivated and somehow found a new card to charge.To be clear, the billing company (ABC Fitness) is a nationwide billing company that 760 uses. The gym itself doesn't appear to have been at fault for this. In fact, 760 responded to us immediately and canceled our memberships at our request, as well as refunding us and canceling our remaining balance on the other membership account. This was awesome customer service, given the circumstances. They also made clear that they did not condone ABC's approach and would not have allowed it had they been consulted. I would love to give them a higher rating, since the gym is well maintained and cared for and the instructors, staff, and management are all really nice. But they are currently attached to a billing company that illegally retrieves your personal information, and that was a pretty big burn.I'd definitely recommend 760 itself, but only if there is an option to pay them directly and not allow retention of your card info. I do hope that they eventually partner with a different billing company, because I do believe that 760 is trying to do honest business and ABC is not helping.
