661 House Cleaners

We have used 661 House Cleaners since we first moved to Tehachapi. We love these guys! It is so nice to be able to trust them, and always come home to a beautifully cleaned house after they have finished. The staff is always professional. polite, efficient, courteous, customer focused and hard working. They always take special care of our home, and keep on top of cleaning things specific to our house. we were very fortunate to find this company and wish them all the best!

Tried to give them a chance to make things right before posting this and they have completely ghosted me. I paid to get my house deep cleaned ($450) I was unsure of getting this service because I had gotten cheaper quotes from 2 other cleaning companies. But the guy assured me on the phone, "anything you see in your house will be deep cleaned." He said it would be 5 hours, 2 people cleaning for 5 hours at $450.. nope. They only took 3 hours, snuck out the front so I couldn't look over the "cleaning" left and didn't deep clean at all. The floors were not cleaned, bathroom looked the same. I've called, emailed, text pictures of what they missed to try to get an explanation, anything.. nothing. This whole situation made me very uncomfortable and now these people have been in my home. Do not recommend, do not trust, do not let them take your money.

They did an OK job but were more interested in getting to their next job which was 40 minutes away. If you aren't completely happy with their service don't plan on getting a response back. In my quote Alex told me they would do a "deep clean" which included washing windows. They did not nor the inside window ledges. I've written them twice to get a price adjustment since they didn't do any of the windows as promised and never got a reply. They also left without telling us they were leaving. Before I had a chance to look at the work they were gone. My friend called and said we were going to give them a total $40 tip but they left.... but that was before we saw the mediocre job. They never responded to that phone call either and simply charged the credit card $40 additional dollars for the tip.
