Love Love coming here when I'm in Bakersfield. The service was good. We got seated right away on a Monday. Though when we went on a weekend one time, we did wait about ~half an hour, but thats pretty expected for any brunch/breakfast spot. Anyways, I always order the cajun seafood omelette! (It isn't on the menu, but you can still order it) with potatoes & a biscuit + gravy. I'm not a biscuit and gravy person, but this one hits soo different. The biscuit is soft and moist and the gravy is sooo good! Will always come back when i'm in the area.

First time in Bakersfield, decided to try this diner right by downtown. I was blown away by the menu and the service of the staff. Very warm inviting energy, and the food was amazing. I got the steak and eggs, and our family got a few other things. The pancakes were out of this world.Great place for breakfast

Went on a Monday morning and parking was a breeze and we were seated and served immediately! If you can, skip the crazy weekend lines! I had the delicious pumpkin pancakes with a side of 1 egg and bacon. The salty to sweet ratio was perfect. I know they have the pumpkin pancakes year round but I haven't been in a long time and it was October and it just felt festive and wonderful. My friend had a seasonal omelet that was a foodies dream with a European name I can't even pronounce. She loved every bite. We will be back on a week day only lol

Tried the Texas Chili Omelette. My boy got the Cajun Seafood Omelette. We got a cinnamon roll for the table. Food was great and brought out quick, but the server wasn't really on her game today. Coffee was only refilled once. I had to remind her about the Ketchup and Tabasco. Still, this blows away most breakfast places and will return again and again.

Food was well seasoned & reasonably priced. (I really enjoy the breakfast sandwich here too). The mimosas were good but the glass although it was fancy it was hard to pour into but still good. Steak was cooked good just how I asked. Service was fast, the ladies were on it. When it comes to the ambiance, it's a chill spot, talking vibe, some music wouldn't hurt tho!
