From start to finish, the team was professional, attentive, and incredibly helpful in making sure everything went smoothly. Everything from the beginning conversations of party planning with Carlie and Maddie to the delivery were seamless! They have so many linens, tables, chairs, and dishes to choose from and great suggestions! They are wonderful to do business with right across the board!

As an Event Planner, I have been using this rental company for years now, it's been a great vendor to have in our world. The 24/7 Events team is always reliable, responsive, and communicative on all orders, no matter how big or small the order is, they always provide the best of services. They are constantly updating their inventory and staying afloat of the trends which is appreciated in this events world. Their pricing is more than fair which, too, is appreciated greatly.From the office team of Joelyn, Madeline, and Rosie, through to the on-site execution delivery team -- the service is across the board. I highly recommend working with them to everyone I can share my experience with!**In the attached photos, they provided the linen and the tent in the other - both were spectacular!

We rented tables, chairs, glasses and napkins for our Thanksgiving party. They helped me with my decision making which was very helpful! They also have a store front in Castaic so you can see everything in person. Delivery and pickup went well.

I cannot say enough great things about 24/7! As an event planner, I have used them personally and professionally for years. They have helped me with weddings, birthday parties, bridal/baby showers, and corporate events, just to name a few. And every single time they deliver. Super easy to work with, and always pay attention to detail. Their inventory is top notch and everything is in excellent condition. They have saved me on more than one occasion with a super last minute order. They always come through! Special thanks to to Rob, Joelyn, and Maddie! I've used 24/7 a few time but most recently, for my daughter's bridal shower. They're always very pleasant to work with, and the variety of choices they have in their showroom makes it fun and easy to plan a beautiful event. For the shower we rented tables, chairs, linens, glassware and chafing dishes, all of which were delivered and picked up with no issues. Before this, I used them for my husband's retirement party. The weather turned on us and it got pretty chilly so at the last minute we were able to add vinyl walls to the order, which they brought and hung around our back patio. It worked out great! It created a "tent"which held the heat in and allowed the 70+ people to spread out and not be crammed inside. Their team has always been good to us and we're using them again for the upcoming wedding!

Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with 24/7 events. They gave us the wrong write up and estimate multiple times because they kept forgetting what we discussed and making errors. Their team was incredibly rude and it was shocking how many questions they were unable to answer about their own products. The worst part of all, was that they charged us $5,000.00 for a HEATED tent, then the heaters for the entire thing were broken so our guests were freezing, and they refused to give us a refund for them. When we tried to get a refund for the defective heathers, they then also then claimed that there were multiple missing plates, glasses, and utensils they had to charge us for, even though nobody reached out about them for the two weeks were asking for the refund. I would never recommend them to a friend. Incredibly disappointing and felt like a scam.

Extremely disappointing experience. A week before our Sunday wedding, they suddenly informed us of a $750 Sunday delivery surcharge that was never mentioned during booking a month prior. When we attempted to arrange next-day pickup or previous-day delivery to avoid this fee, they claimed their tables were too 'fragile' to be left overnight, even when I suggested that they could be stored inside and/or with a tarp covering. This last-minute price increase and inflexibility put us in a difficult position, as it was too late to find another vendor. Would not recommend for weekend events.

My family and I have used 24/7 Events for numerous parties and events and we couldn't be more pleased. Everyone there is very attentive and are a pleasure to work with! I would definitely recommend using them for all of your party needs!
