The service was honestly really great! I wish I would've asked our waiters name but he was awesome! The queso and guacamole were both excellent. We also got the salsa trio. Our son for the cheese quesadilla off the kids menu and it was good! I got the pastor tacos and they were tiny, but great! It was a relaxed atmosphere and we felt fine dining here in casual clothes. They had a full bar and there was no wait on a Thursday night! I would eat here again.

Came by for dinner on a Sunday with a party of 7 & no reservation - they were able to get us a table for 4, and split our party so the others ate at a standing table. It was OK. I'm glad they squeezed us in but PSA if you have a large party I would definitely recommend a reservation.Food was really good! Tried two tacos (you pay per taco) & the chips and quac. Everything was full of flavor and I was really happy with all the food. Service was good & bathroom was clean. There's paid parking lots nearby - no street parking.

This spot was pact and loud when we got there. The waiter was helpful in giving recommendation. Overall this is a solid 3.5 ! Drinks: strawberry rose margaritas was good but can get sweet. Didn't like the spicy pineapple marg! Food: the salsa trio or trio sampler which had two salsa and guac. The guac and salsa verde were delish! The red salsa had a smokey taste to it. The chicken taquitos were crunchy and delicious. Had great flavor and texture. The tacos overall were delicious and small size which was filling with the taquitos. My friend and I got two each. I would skip the portabella taco which could be seasonal as it seems like menu has changed. Also got the pollo verde, pollo rojas, and al pastor which were all delightful and tasty. I would def go back to try different tacos!

Stopped in for lunch. Service was 10/10Love the overall vibe of this place We shared the chorizo queso. Good portion size. I had the seasonal margarita- cranberry ginger w/ blanco tequila. I had 2 and I never drink margaritas. Get one, get 2 even 3...they are soooo good!Split the carnitas tequitos. Good not exceptional. We loved the fish taco and the shrimp taco. The short rib taco needed salt. (No salt or pepper on the tables nor worth the ask for one small taco)

This is a pretty small taco restaurant that had a good little vibe. It does not scream Mexican food though from the outside or when you first step in.We happened to go here on a Tuesday which meant it was taco Tuesday! $3 tacos were great.We got the chips and salsa and queso as appetizers. The salsas were good but not typical. One was very smoker and the verde was very mild. The queso was extremely thick. Tasted good but it was hard to eat because of the top cheese layer.For tacos I got the short rib and carnitas. Both were good but both had a cinnamon or nutmeg type flavor which isn't my favorite.Service was 10/10. She did great.

Spicy Marg, queso with chorizo and the esquites were delicious! Service was friendly and fast. It's a little on the louder side, I didn't mind it but I know that's a thing for some people.

Found this place by accident. We were just walking around and wanted a place to eat but not directly downtown with all the live music. Popped into this place. The atmosphere is very rustic and nice. Lots of places to sit. We were server right away and told it was Taco Tuesday and tacos were $3 and certain beers were $3. So we took advantage. TACOS WERE AMAZING!We had 3 each. Shrimp taco, fish taco, chicken one, and short rib. My fav was the shrimp, but the others were very close seconds. Great service. Great food. Great location.

Order a beer and the shot of the day to get your afternoon started in this lively bar/ restaurant. The tacos are solid and the staff friendly. Even though the bartender was busy he had the time to have a brief kind exchange while I was ordering and checked back in after I inhaled the tacos. . Solid Nashville bar with good food near the hotels in downtown.

We stopped in here on a whim heading back to our hotel. Wow! What a great stop.The food looked awesome. But we were here to drink! Beer and whiskey were had by myself. They have an amazing Tequila collection too. Great service at the bar with a lively crowd made for a fun night. Great place to drink and I would love to try the food sometime too.

In Nashville for fun and stopped into Bakersfield since it's around the corner from where we're staying. The atmosphere is casual and I liked the openness of the windows onto the sidewalk. We started with The Trio (chips, guacamole and 2 salsas) and my favorite was the guac! Chunky avocado and fresh! The chips were light and crispy, just as I like them.Since we were there they on Taco Tuesday it seemed appropriate to try theirs. I had a carnitas taco and a shrimp taco. I didn't care for the carnitas. There was a spice in it that seemed 'sweet' to me. The shrimp taco was delicious! Our service was not great. She was friendly enough but we were wanting salt (for our chips) and another time, in need of water for quite awhile. We couldn't catch her eye and she even waited on other people at our communal dinner table, but didn't look to our end of the table. Other than being a little disappointed with our server, I would stop in here again.
