Baja Tacos

Same delicious tacos, outdoor seating, and convenient parking. One year later, and my review of this place would pretty much be the same!

I've passed this food truck so many times and I'm kicking myself for just barely stopping by now. I could have had yummy tacos all this time!!! I ordered a chicken and carne asada taco (no onions) and tried their red and green salsa. I don't know if I could pick a favorite salsa, they were both so good!! I wish I had gotten two tacos each so I could have tried each salsa on each taco. Oh well, will just have to go back for more! Also, I took a bite of each taco sans salsa and the meat has great flavoring on its own. I also ordered two quesobirria tacos, those were definitely bomb!! I did have to toast them back up cause I ate them a bit later but they were still really good! I'll be honest and say that I didn't much care for the consome, I thought the flavor ventured too far into tasting like enchilada sauce. I ended up just eating one taco without it. I'll definitely be back.

Pulled up on Tuesday for some tacos. I took a look at the menu and got 4 tacos and a burrito. Came out to just under $30 after 10% off. Guy flips the screen around asking for a tip and I declined since I wasn't staying to eat. I hear the group talk shit about me while I'm waiting. And when I left, one woman asked if I received good service as a nice way of being passive aggressive. Sorry for not giving you $6 for taking my order. Food itself was fine. Tacos were pretty good. Asada and pastor were both good but nothing that would have them stand out over pretty much any other place nearby. Price was high for what I got. I wanted to give these guys a shot but damn, have some class and don't talk shit about your customers... especially when they're still there. Go somewhere else or enjoy your $$$ mid tacos.

It smells so good! While waiting for my meal, I am enjoying the smells. They have a Taco Tuesday 15 percent off deal. Senior and teacher and government discount. Fast and courteous service. They speak Spanish and English! It is crowded. One person was on break. Be patient with your order. The tables are wrapped in red vinyl. So easy to clean!They have crunchy tacos and soft tacos as well. I got the al pastor quesadilla. I cannot wait until I take the first bite. Yummmm!

Never mind... no good deed goes unpunished. As soon as I wrote them a great review their customer service went right out the door. They even have a newer-to-me young guy working the register and he's... "different" to deal with. When a food truck becomes more complicated than exchanging money for good food... I'm gone! I was going 3x a week since moving here, but I will NEVER return again.

It was my first time trying these tacos. I was pretty disappointed when I saw the menu and it was ONLY tacos. No rice, no beans, none of that. Just tacos, burritos or quesadillas. I ordered 4 pastor tacos. They were reasonably priced. Came out to $10.95. They told me they would bring it to my car. It took about 25 minutes to receive 4 tacos.. I was really hoping it was worth the wait. The presentation was nice. They looked very delicious. When I grabbed a taco, the shell felt hard. You have to rip the taco with your teeth from your hand because they're so hard. The meat was not tender at all. There wasn't much flavor, even with guacamole and salsa. They need to step up their seasonings and their menu. I won't be returning but I wish them the best of luck.

Absolutely LOVE Baja tacos! I have only tried the tacos the tacos here but they are beyond delicious! I highly recommend the shrimp tacos with the cheese (I think that's what is on them) they are so crispy and flavorful. The asada tacos are yummy as well. Try all of their sauces you will not be disappointed. The employees are friendly too and when the weather is nice this is a cool place to grab a bite to eat and sit outside and enjoy the fresh outdoor air. I look forward to my next visit here.

You pull up to this outside food truck and table setting that you've probably driven by a thousand times and you're like "okay, it's going down"! Outside seating area that's cute, nothing fancy, clean, and gets the job done if you're eating here. Or, you can sit in your car and get your grub on like we did tonight! Our burritos were SMACK lol! So delicious. Juicy, cheesy and the bomb! This is my third visit and the third time I've eaten this deliciousness!! I'm craving this burrito ok! The chicken is super moist, tender and done righteously! They have a huge cooler where you get to pick your drinks. So we washed our food down with a coke and apple Jarritos!! So good! I'm so glad my hubby brought me here to finally give this place a go go. I love Mexican food and this place did not disappoint! Service is good. Nice. Polite. Straight to the point. Let's give our food trucks some love! Definitely worth the time and money!

This is the best place for shrimp tacos ever! I came here a couple years ago with my family, and today I brought my husband! By far the best food I've ever had. It's not too heavy at all and it tastes absolutely amazing! The service was absolutely amazing and they were super friendly! I would 100/100 recommend this place to everyone we know! The best! The ambiance when the weather is nice makes it even better!! We will be coming back!

My husband was a little hesitant to go to El Mirage but I convinced him and this place was so good! The meat is very tasty and tender - the tortillas are the best and authentic I ate so far. I usually don't like the regular sweet tasting tortillas but they are making the tortillas themselves I would assume. The girl that took our order was very friendly but she should advise customers a little better especially about the veterans and military special (20%) off. Also for first responders and nurses I think they are giving 20% off. The food gets prepared in a food truck which is completely okay for me. You can pay with Apple cash - no cash payment required. I am so happy we finally found a good taco place next to us. Will come here now more often. You can tell the owner is dedicated!
